Received the jacket that I ordered and some immediate red flags went off. Not sure what the qc process is to check for authenticity but I spotted inconsistencies with a quick google search for the item I bought. I requested a return and now they’re trying to make me jump through hoops to get it further inspected. If they couldn’t tell if it’s authentic the first time, I wouldn’t trust them now. My time and money has been wasted and trying to make a return is difficult as all heck.

I love TRR! My concierge Stephanie is amazing and attentive. I regret not contacting TRR sooner to sell my luxury goods. I do have one higher-priced item that has been in limbo for over one month. I have reached out to representatives asking why it hasn't been listed yet, with no definitive response. My second attempt was made over a week ago, and it still shows as "accepted" but not active. I hope this will be resolved soon.

I ordered two items that both came within five business days. These were previously owned designer items that I needed for a formal event. I am very happy with the high quality. No noticeable wear and tear. This was truly the best deal and best option for my event.

The shoes were marketed as a size 8 with minimal wear on the interior creasing and wear at the soles however, the exterior leather had plenty of scuffs and is a size 7 1/2 not an 8, they are too small can’t return stuck with them

This has got to be a sick joke!!!! I ordered a AMI hoodie women size medium. When I tell you the size of this hoodie is for a child and Im giving that age range around a 10-12 year old. Of course, its Non returnable! First I tried to sell something that was a horrible experience and I still haven't received the funds from that. Now I try to purchase something and this is what I get. They know exactly what they are doing.

This was my first time purchasing a pre-loved luxury piece, so I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first. However, I was pleasantly surprised when my bag arrived! It was in even better condition than I expected and was exactly as described. Honestly, the pictures didn’t do it justice—the bag is absolutely beautiful in person!

I’m so happy I chose TRR for my first pre-loved luxury purchase. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be purchasing more pieces from them in the future.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bag did not come with proof of authenticity. I was able to contact customer service, and they were helpful in providing me with a verified date code, which I really appreciated. However, I do feel that this information should be included with the piece at the time of purchase, especially when buying a luxury item.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and my experience with TRR, and I look forward to adding more pre-loved luxury pieces to my collection in the future! ✨
