The description of the item needs more details
My item had very little information was extremely vague and did NOT show the huge tear on the inside of the bag lining.
Please take the time to type more details into the description. Go beyond two simple sentences remember the buyer is online and cannot feel or experience items for themselves.

Frankly, I was nervous about buying a used item online and with a final sale policy. And when the better choices are Very Good, Excellent and Pristine, I wasn't sure about the "Very Good" item I was thinking about. The RealReal provided a description of the condition but I was still a little hesitant. And the color was listed as dark brown but it looked black in the photo. I used the photo for Google AI and they confirmed it was indeed black and that The RealReal often says dark brown for some reason. I hadn't seen any place on their site to ask a question, so that's why I googled it. The package arrived in a reasonable amount of time and I was thrilled to see that the purse was indeed in very good shape. I kind of wish it came in the original box, but it was just what I was looking for!

Item not in excellent condition. Thread unraveling around the top, no return due to discount amounts. Probably won’t buy again due to the restrictions that’s bias to the buyer; when the seller knows the conditions prior too.

The items are clean & as described.
I’m a long time client. I took one star off because of the shipping cost. It use to be 35 US dollars & now it is $62.50.
I pay all duties & taxes in Canada, & as an acct, I know they are making a profit on shipping cost. Not nice. I have purchased from other, upcoming sites.

I received the most OBVIOUSLY FAKE pair of Louboutin’s. The dustbag logo is off center and it’s literally translucent. The insoles are peeling off of the shoe. There is glue everywhere. This was my first and last time shopping here!! Every single review I see online is saying this place sells fakes I cannot understand how they are still in business!! I have not yet received a response from them but will very easily let my credit card company know and they will be happy to charge back for FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
