No EHR platform is perfect. Nothing is perfect. However, we continue to do business with TherapyNotes, LLC because of its extraordinary customer service, which, for us, is the engine that keeps the platform functioning at a high level. Job well done!

Most of us have had deeply frustrating customer service support from other companies. We have almost come to expect it, but Therapy Notes Support is such a refreshing surprise. The wait for help is minimum if any. You don't have to think "Oh, it's past 5:00, so no one will answer" nope they are always available. I have never finished a call with the Therapy Notes staff and not had all issues resolved. Then afterwards, they empower you further by sending you a note on how to resolve the issues in the future if the problem (which is usually) strikes again. Could not be more happy.

Whoever made the decision to discontinue Dosespot for the eprescribe vendor made a GRAVE ERROR. Dr. First is terrible! It is dense, imperceptible and contains TOO MUCH INFORMATION ON EVERY PAGE! I cannot even tell if a prescription is sent. Customer service is overwhelmed. I waited SIX HOURS for a call back.

PLEASE BRING DOSE SPOT BACK! We did not ask for the change. It took 10 seconds to send a prescription with DOSESPOT. Now I can't get to a script without PAGES of information I did not ask for or need. The so called benefits do not contribute to my practice. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Having REAL people constantly available is a game changer. Being a professional helper means that I more likely than not, on the verge of burnout. Support like what you receive from Therapy Notes ensures they are not adding to my load.

Staff was really helpful getting me to the correct person to help me with my merchant account renewal. It would have taken me a couple of hours to figure out what needed to be done and they took care of me in about 5 minutes with their great support. Saved me time and was very pleasant to work with them.

TherapyNotes is exceptional with excellent live person 24/7 support. The support team is friendly, easy to work with and highly knowledgable. The support team is a great feature with this software program.

When Paris W. responded to my email about not being able to use my token to log in, they were able to send me and my boss a step-by-step guide on how to fix the issue, and it was resolved moments after getting that information. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is that we had to wait just over 3 hours to get a response.

I am an LPC who is not only the clinician, but the scheduler, biller, etc. I tried to figure out what I needed to do with another insurance change but to no avail. I sent the information to Therapynotes and they had the answered back the same day with easy-to-follow instructions.

I rarely have issues that I can't figure out but when I do, Therapynotes shows me the way, every time. Therapynotes has been one of the best investments in my practice. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I am a solo private practice therapist since 2023 and have used TherapyNotes exclusively as my EHR. I needed much guidance & hand-holding for the first year.
