Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Bought the LED face mask. It was faulty with a high pitched electrical noise, they agreed to send a replacement. However, the replacement product was also faulty and had the same electrical noise. When I contacted them to ask for a refund, they refused , saying I was outside the 30 day window. When I sent a video of the sound it was making, they pretended it was fine and refused a replacement as well.
Pretty sure this is not legal , two faulty products and no refund?
I am £500 down, with a faulty mask making a high pitched noise. Can't believe it to be honest. Don't know what else to do.

Happy with my purchase

I was actually scared by the many negative reviews, nevertheless I ordered from their site. My Theraface arrived in two days, excellent condition, working ok, no problems. My experience was so far so good. I never needed to contact their customer service so I cannot comment on that.

While their products are of high quality, the direct purchasing experience from this company leaves much to be desired. It is advisable to consider buying their products through reputable third-party retailers, such as John Lewis, due to the following recurrent issues when ordering directly:

- Orders not processing correctly, leading to funds being tied up in your account for extended periods.
- Unauthorised payments being taken from your account.
- Receiving items you did not order.
- Ordering a single item may result in receiving a whole box of that item instead.

These issues often result in a considerable amount of time spent contacting customer service, which typically does not respond quickly, and making trips to your local post office to return unwanted items.

For a hassle-free experience, it may be wiser to purchase their products from a physical store or consider alternatives like Hyperice, with whom issues like these have not been encountered.

At best money grabbers/inept at worst scammers

Told me my order could not be processed but took my money anyway, this was on 3/3/24

Two weeks went by with them ignoring my emails. I wanted my money back.

On the 15 they reply to the email saying sorry about the mix up we’ve sent one out ?

I asked them why they are glossing over the fact my email requested a refund and I wanted the ‘order’ cancelled. They told me they’d speak to the logistics team to get it cancelled

Unwanted Delivery turns up and left in safe place.

Have heard it’s a nightmare to return to this company but will post update on outcome, shouldn’t be my responsibility anyway ….

Worst experience ever

Like many others are saying, appalling customer service. Worst experience I have ever had, placed order but it was never shipped, and was told to be patient after half an hour of speaking to an agent. 1 hour later and he still could not resolve the issue. The website is a scam. It has been over 10 working days and I have received no product, and no refund. Disgusting.

Absolutely love this company

Absolutely love this company! All the products I've purchased have been top-notch. I've contacted customer service once with a small issue/question and they resolved my issue in a fast and friendly manner. Highly recommend!

On the advice of the center where my…

On the advice of the center where my daughter with multiple disabilities is being treated, I ordered the Wave Solo twice. The first order via PayPal failed, the second order via PayPal also failed, the third order via Credit Card failed and finally it worked via Google Pay (linked to the same Credit Card). The problem was not with my PayPal account, nor with my credit card. But 4 payments have now been debited for 1 successful order. PayPal refers to seller Digital River, but that is Therabody's payment provider and it refers to Therabody. Therabody doesn't bother to solve the problem. They keep saying that they have not received the payments. In short, the problem started on February 28, it is now March 8 and I am still missing more than 300 euros due to incorrect debits via PayPal and 150 euros are still incorrectly reserved on my credit card. The customer service is deplorable and not solution-oriented at all. Be warned if you order here.

We were gifted a Theragun Prime…

We were gifted a Theragun Prime massager by our friends for my birthday in June 2022. It stopped working in November 2023 and we used to use it like once a monthly only. For the price, it’s so sad that the battery does not last and now it’s useless. I would not recommend anyone to buy the Theragun

Beware!

Beware! Impossible to return even an unopened box within a week of purchase. When a seller makes it next to impossible to get a refund, don’t buy. Sorry I did.

They Have My Money AND My Merchandise

They Lied.......They gave me a Return Authorization and told me they would send replacement item within 5 days of receipt. That was 6 weeks ago. They have not shipped replacement. They do not respond to email and there is no way to reach them by phone. They have my $$$ and my merchandise!!!

Therabody Goggles

Received some Goggles for Christmas. They were faulty. Having spend 3 weeks trying various fixes via customer services they agreed that they needed to be replaced. 4 weeks later (7 post Christmas) I still haven’t received the replacements. The after service is a shambles. My wife has given up and just bought me a new pair. Let’s hope these work better

The Worst Service of All Time

I ordered a Theragun Pro on the 5th of February. On the 9th of February I have to write to the Therabody team to ask where the item is. No tracking information has been given, and not dispatch notice.

I receive a reply saying "Please allow me 24-48 hours to get back to you with an update."

That update comes 48 hours later saying yet again "Please allow me 24-48 hours to get back to you with an update." It also comes with "We are still waiting for an update on your return from our warehouse."

Somehow Therabody are now looking into a return for an item that hasn't even been dispatched.

I reply to them with great displeasure and on the 13th of February I am sent an email asking me "To avoid further delays, would you be so kind as to confirm whether you would like a reshipment or refund?"

A reshipment can't even happen when the original order never shipped in the first place. I reply immediately that I want the item, and here I am the next day, still with no tracking details of any kind and no dispatch from Therabody.

For a 'premium' product, the service is utterly abysmal. Therabody cannot even do the basics of business, which is to hand over goods in exchange for money.

Can someone in management look into order UK23888888233689 and actually get the team to DO SOMETHING other than cause problems by sheer laziness, ineptitude and total lack of capability to distinguish a shipment that never even happened from a return that isn't possible.

Theragun massager doesn't last. Landfill in c. 2 years

Theragun massager. Product doesn't last long enough for the price (2 years of light use) and, more importantly, cannot be repaired. It needs a motor replacement, which on a quality tool would cost £50. Instead it goes straight to landfill. Environmental terrorists - clean up your act Therabody!

They don't last

Avoid this company as they make irreparable devices in their high end products. Purchased theragun Elite November 2020. Device acting weird that won't turn on to be continuously and steadily running. Contacted customer experience and eas told to buy another one. I'd never expect a premium product to not break, but not breaking so soon! Plus their solution to customer is to solely further benefit their business. Stay away from Theragun!

HORRIBLE Customer Service

This review is specific to their customer service. It's simply awful. Placed an order to be picked up at a local Best Buy because it said it was available for same day pickup and I'm treating an injury. Three days later and Best Buy had no record of the purchase, and Therabody said they would need another 48-72 hours to investigate. They offered me NO solutions other than "Sorry, you're just going to have to wait." I cancelled the order and placed another one online to be shipped. The website states product will be shipped in 2-3 days, and here I am 5 days later and having to reach out to see what's going on. It's shocking that a company that sells a good product at a premium price should have such horrible service!

Avoid and buy from a UK based company

Or don't buy at all, I bought a theragun from Currys.

The charger stopped working, so I contacted theragun(useless working hours based in America), no call option just live chat.

Was told to return the whole unit under warranty and a replacement be sent out.

Been 3 weeks and 3 contacts later and still haven't received a return label to return label to return the broken items.

Company doesn't go or warranty, be careful buying any product.

Terrible customer service

I received a Therabody Mini for Christmas 2023. I used it for two weeks then it broke. The arm would not move up and down anymore. After speaking with customer service they determined the devise was made in 2021 and not under warranty anymore. They suggested to me to buy another one.

The battery is not working - its a common defect

As you can read in most negative reviews, the battery of theragun products is crap. It wont charge at all or it will stop charging and customer service wont help. This is a very expensive product, plus all the talks in this world about fighting climate change - this product is terrible, its rubbish. The company behind it is evil, knowilngly producing rubbish and selling it for a high price.

DO NOT BUY

I ordered the goggles direct from Therabody on December 21st - Nothing has Benn received. They are ignoring my emails, don't publish a customer care number, and just use automated Bot responses which say they will reply in 24-48 hours - I have emailed 5 times and waited over 300 hours!
DO NOT BUY - they take your money and then just ignore you. Shocking.
