Go somewhere else

I had 2 piercings from here. My nose was pierced far too low so I’d never be able to find a hoop small enough. My tragus was pieced and got a massive salt burn as they didn’t give me the advice of using rock salt, also told me to soak it in my bath water 🤢 I’ve had to have them both pierced elsewhere. I went to lucky 13 and they were so much better and half the price!

DANGER

DANGER
Ordered a knitted vest on 25/12/2021 and never received it. Kept being told for months they would refund me and never did. They're a scam website, do not order from here. They also delete instagram comments that expose them - i tried.
Still sat in my aftership 😭 How i got scammed for christmas :'(

Dewey!

Dewey!! He was amazing as we were just walking in and looking around. He explained every mattress to us and asked us what we need to help us sleep better! He was amazing from beginning to end

Took a chance and was all good

Was skeptical before I ordered a few items for my daughter because I read the reviews, took the chance and everything worked just fine it has arrived on time with great quality,
Even got a letter asking if it was received and am I satisfied.
Feel sorry for the ones didn’t receive their orders maybe something changed, anyway we got the package and it’s all good

Thanks guys

Will order again.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. They have a 14 day refund policy, but take a few days to respond to emails. They can not be reached by phone. Their phone number goes to a voicemail without company greeting, what kind of company doesn’t have a greeting. For the pricing this is outrageous. If you can’t have a standard protocol then you’re not ready for that type of business in this caliber.

I would give a 0 if I could. I ordered a gift for my goddaughter and it was never received. I have been following up for 2 years and they just don't reply. I have asked various times for a refund and will be reporting them to their governing agency if I don't hear back from them in a timely fashion.

Scam-Don't Waste Your Money!!!

I would give 0 if possible, as the title says this website is an absolute scam. They will take your money and never send the items out. I ordered items around 5/6 months ago and every time I ask where the items are, I keep getting the same automated email. There is no way of contacting them!

A pretty good store!

Would put zero score if I could

Would put zero score if I could. My 14 year old daughter ordered clothes from here with her pocket money and never received a thing. Requested refund and nothing. Worst company ever, please don’t use.

SCAM

I placed an order in December of 2021. They sent fraudulent tracking info that never actually updated. I’ve emailed them inquiring about the shipping and/or a refund but nobody has ever answered. This is a scam of a company, please please please do not give them a penny.

Do not buy from here

Had bought a couple items from here and items were expected to be delivered within 9 days (UK order). I did not receive the items after two months.
During this time I was constantly emailing asking for a refund which they would reply with the same generic answer asking for patience as the order will come.
After a month or so of going back and forth they only refunded me for one item out of four items I had bought and requested a refund for.
I emailed for the whereabouts of my FULL refund and two days later I got no email back but an update saying the rest of my order was being dispatched even though I had emailed them numerous times for a month prior for a refund.
Despite this, the clothing I did receive was nice. However it’s not worth the stress, unreliability and dishonesty.

Don’t buy from here!

SCAM COMPANY

I ordered over $200 of clothing and hats from them. I ordered three of the same hats. They only sent one. The quality of most of the things was very poor. I never received all of my order and they sent things that I did not order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Facebook needs to block all adds from these companies.

Do not buy from this shop.

Ordered from Grunge Shoes part of Purple Shops on Oct 6. Sent email query asking where is order on Nov 13th. Received reply on Nov 14th that order would be shipping soon.
Responded Dec 10th to request refund since it did not appear that any product forthcoming. Receive respond next day that "Your order will be on its way soon".
So after more than 2 months, the product is not even packed up for shipping yet. No refund applied, even though I specifically asked for a refund.
The impression I am left with is that this company is a scam and does not appear to have the advertised product available.
I would recommend that this company be avoided by all inherent customers. IF there is a physical shop to do business with in person, do that at your own risk, but do not buy from them online.

Refund due / I returned clothing …

I returned some clothing and conversed with Liera on email about my refund. The package arrived in the UK and since then I have had no response to my emails requesting when I will receive my refund. We are very unhappy with the customer service since delivery was received on their end. I also paid $63 AUD of my money in postage to return the clothing, which was returned pretty much straight away considering the difficulty here as in NSW we were in the middle of a lockdown due to covid, yet no response from The Purple Shop. I am due over $200 refund so hoping to get a reply ASAP. This star rating stays until I hear back and receive a refund.
