I give this rating because they don't take credit card and as first time consumer, you don't know who you're dealing with.
They only accept bank transfers leaving the customers without protection

We totally understand your frustration with not being able to use a credit card. It’s difficult, because the consumer protection aspect is obviously a real comfort.
The problem is that it also enables people to use debt that they may not be able to afford in order to invest. Something both regulatory bodies and financial experts strongly discourage. It also causes issues with the anti-money laundering requirements.
We would love to see the banks provide the same level of comfort for bank transfers to known professional companies. We live in hope!
