Having been in other groups and paid for their property education (one good & one really really poor ) this group far outweighs them both in terms of value. The knowledge John and Kris have is immense and they are always happy to share it. The education platform is well structured, thought out and really easy to navigate, the weekly online video calls are also planned out in advance delivering a quality hour of learning each week. The community John & Kris have created is full of knowledge with many professional people on hand to answer questions, lawyers/accountants/,mortgage brokers/trades. As well as this the group meets up to view current projects where we can all get to know each other face to face with some members already pairing up doing JV's. John & Kris don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk themselves and are genuinely invested in seeing everyone in the group succeeding, wish it was on the go when I first started out.

Absolute cracking group to be part of. Jam packed with knowledge and all the profesionals you could want at the top of their game. Great people in here doing deals on the daily. If you want help and advice it is just a click away! Drop your question in the group and there will be an anwser within minutes at any time. Refurb days are great, get to meet the guys at the top and also network with other like-minded individuals. I honestly learn something new everyday just following the chat. Great value for money! Would definatley recommend.

I have been a part of The Property Hub for almost six months now and I can’t even begin to put my experience into words!

Between the instantly accessible training guides and on demand access to property experts in every field I have had everything I need to kick start my property journey. I have made some fantastic partnerships, bettered my property knowledge and personal lifestyle and importantly made some great friends along the way.

I honestly wish this group cost more than it does as I feel like the value I get from the group is worth 10x the actual cost.

I personally see this group as community I will be a part of for my entire property career - regardless of how much knowledge I gain along the way, this will always be worth being a part of.

Fantastic community of like minded people. You have the support in every area of property investing which will give you the confidence and guidance to get started and progress on your journey. The advice and support gave us the direction we needed to get going. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone who is serious about getting started in property investing/sourcing.

This is the place to be if you want close contact and easy access to professionals from any aspect of the property industry. Constant motivation and uplifting help from people who are genuinely out there doing what they teach for themselves.

Great value for money in the community, has a very active WhatsApp group with any queries replied to almost instantly. Also lessons on Skool to improve specific knowledge.

Filled with every profession from solicitors to specialist bridging lenders and of course Kris and John.

Brilliant community with lots of experience and knowledge shared!

Imagine a community of investors and experts (mortgage brokers, bridging brokers, accountants and tradesmen/structural engineers to answer all your questions. People will work decades for this community which is instantly accessible on joining further more a community of people investing at different levels for you to help or pick their brains. Finally if you see an issue take photos and ask expert tradesmen or structural engineers again all available at your finger tips.

I only write this review as I am extremely fortunate I found this community and hope others who have that growth mindset get on board.

Anyone who is just getting started in their property journey or even already an experienced investor should 100% join this group. It is an amazing community to be apart of, to network, to gain a lot more knowledge and to learn from the best. The value for money is unreal as you are provided with resources, refurb days, group support to ask for advice and so much more. I could not recommend this group enough. The growth I’ve experienced from only being in a short time is mind blowing and that is down to being surrounded by such an inspiring, genuine group of people.

I cannot advocate this group strongly enough. Having personally invested in property courses at £7k plus with week long training (which did have a lot of value to be fair), this group is head and shoulders above the rest.

John and Kris have more knowledge than can be put into reading materials and being a part of this group gives you unfettered access to them at all times. The biggest difference for me is watching John personally investing himself into each members activity and results, he genuinely cares deeply about people unlocking their lives through this.

Couldn't be more worth it
