BIG SCAM AND NO REFUND

My story with this guys started in 2025, february, 10. I gave him the money for the service for 50k account. He promised me that, he will pass my account with both phases at the end of the february month and I gone on trust with him. In first month he didn't execute anything and support was horible. He just didn't answered to my messages the whole month. Then, at the begin of the march, he started to execute trades on my account, but not him, other person. I was in need to watch his every trade, just to save profit against not to get SL at all trades. I've tryed in this whole time, in march and april, to keep good conversation with him, but he just answered at what he took advantages, altough, all the time when he answered, he gave me all completed very vague answers, nothing clear and concludent. In the begin of the midle of march month, he started to promised continously that, he will pass my account in 2 weeks, but he just keep making big losses from my account. Altough, he said me a lot of times that, escuses like: "its market fault", "calm down", "your stupid", "you have leaks in knowledgement", "its ctrader fault". He just didn't assume any of loss trades. At the final, at the begin on the may month, he completely lossed my account!

Now I am waiting already for 1 week to get refund for the money I gave him for the service and of course, he didn't answer, tipically!

Conclusion: if you want to wait several months for losing account, not getting refund, vague answers and lies and very bad support, get in touch with this scammer for sure. Its the best for this.

I truly don’t know what to say

I truly don’t know what to say. I agreed to purchase a ready-made account, which was supposed to take only a short amount of time, as initially mentioned. Later, they changed it and told me it would take 24 hours. I requested a copy of the process for transferring the account to me, but they ignored me.

As a result, I requested a refund. I’m still waiting! Their discussions are time-consuming because they either don’t provide clear answers or ignore you altogether.

They haven’t refunded my money and have blocked me! Stay away from them! It’s a scam.

Couldn't Pass the Challenge and No Refund

thepropfirmpass.com is a terrible company that only takes fees. In the end, I couldn’t pass the challenge, and even though they said there was a refund guarantee, I didn’t receive any refund.

Before signing up, I asked why their reviews on other sites were bad, and they responded with, "Those are from the previous company that used to run the business. We bought them out, so it's different now," or "It's just harassment from competitors."

In the end, it turned out to be exactly like the reviews said.

If you're considering using them, be careful. They lie without hesitation and don’t keep their promises.

The Propfirmpass.com is a complete scam…

The Propfirmpass.com is a complete scam they lied about helping pass a 1 phase challenge for me. They charged me $550.00 and was failing horribly in drawdown on a 100k Prop Firm account and said don’t worry stay calm and never passed the challenge. Their site says they will give a refund if we do not pass your challenge. They also sent me over what they called a trading bot that is complete trash and does not work, it has no preset files to even be able to implement and or use it. I asked for a refund and they kept beating around the bush saying they’re dealing with other refunds at the moment and will take care of my refund on the weekend of 11/11/23 and is now ignoring my messages on telegram. Their telegram is Pip Professor @Boradoo. These guys do not know how to trade forex and lie. I just want my money back. One of the supposed traders is Michael Cody Montague. I will be filing a lawsuit against this company.
