As a property buying company we wanted to be different. That is why on our sales agreement we have our commitment to you the customer right at the top. For us sometimes the best advice for the customer will be to stay in their property and not sell, perhaps it will be to sell through an estate agent or auction house. Again if that is what is best for you and your circumstances then that will be our advice. We will always operate with morals and transparency when dealing with every customer.

I called property solutions regarding some issues over a house purchase my daughter was making. They gave informed and sound advice and even though I called out of hours they were kind and helpful. I would highly recommend their services.
Euan has been outstanding in the whole experience. Probably one of the most difficult sales in history but he remained calm and communicated well throughout the process. Would recommend this service to anyone.
Euan made everything very easy and gave me a fair price for my house in 7 days. I could not be more pleased with the service as I was very close to being evicted and Euan phoned Santander and stopped the eveiction.
I would recommend this person as he done us proud on the sale of our house. He guided us well, he is an honest person.

Top service. We've had a bereavement in the family recently and needed a quick and easy sale of the property. Euan helped us every step of the way and gave us a much better deal than the estate agent we were going to work with previously. 5 Stars.
Initially I was worried about my property, being on my own now and with a mortgage due (it was on a interest only payment) I knew I didn't have time to sell through an agent and clear the mortgage. I didn't really want to move at all, I enquired online to a few companies and I can honestly say Euan was the only person who listened to me and took the time. In the end I haven't moved and that is exactly what was recommended by Euan he put me in touch with a financial advisor and I have now done a small equity release and I feel the weight of the world has been lifted from my shoulders.
