The rub on perfume has a very weak strength and I’ve requested to return but have no response. Poor product and customer service. Avoid.

I recommended the premium fragrance. I use car perfumes mainly and happy with their actual smell resemblance and longevity.

Lovely fragrance ,great price prompt delivery

The first package came together with second package, but for first I've paid fee for 24 hours delivery, but came after 1 week, plus supposed to be 2 same parfumes but came 2 different ones..

Same smell as I have bought before but this time it lasts about 30 minutes. Previous smell lingers for at least 6 hours. Not happy! And no contact from the company after I had messaged them.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product I have received.

Firstly, the box arrived opened, and there was only one fragrance included, despite me paying for two.

Secondly, the fragrance is barely noticeable in the car. I have followed the instructions provided, removed the cap, and turned the bottle upside down several times as directed. While fragrance liquid is clearly coming from the product, neither I nor my wife can smell any noticeable scent inside the vehicle.
Pound air fragrances are better then what this company is offering. NOT worth the price at all!

Given these issues, I am extremely unhappy with both the condition of the order and the performance of the product.

Didn’t receive my order. Tried to contact them many times and they never responded. Don’t recommend at all

Ordered 4 air fresheners as gifts but they arrived 2 per box and not in individual packaging. I’ve emailed customer service twice and received no response. Really disappointing experience, especially as these were meant to be gifts.

Really impressed with this perfume, long lasting much better than other dupes. Will definitely buy from you again

The perfumed car scent exploded in my car after 1 day, covering the interior of my new car in glass and the strong smell.
When I contacted them to advise, I’ve received no response or acknowledgement of my issue, just relentless requests to review my experience. Well here you go. Smells good, which is the only redeeming factor now my car reeks of the smell that covered my dashboard and seats

I have returned my order, but there seems to be a mistake in the Hermes tracking system stating that the package was delivered to me. This is not correct. The parcel is currently on its way back to the sender.

I kindly ask you to check this issue and release my payment through Klarna as soon as possible.

DO NOT use this company!
I bought two Car air freshener fragrances and have them in my car for two weeks. Did everything I was supposed to with them and couldn’t smell them at all.
I’ve reached out to customer service three times now and it’s been over 3 weeks and no reply.
Really disappointed one of the fragrances was a gift and haven’t been able to give it. It’s just sat in the box.
