I received an emai advising the order…
I received an emai advising the order has been sent. Oh what a surprise, i hadnt ordered anything.
I sent an email asking what was ordered but no reply. I chased again, no reply. 3rd chaser sent 8 days after original advice email, will see if they wake up and respond.
These are just very rude people, i have used before, but will sure as hell not use them again.
Beware as they do not correspond.

Order the product to receive an email the following day that product wasn't available due to supplier issues and offered an alternative product however not at all similar but they did issue a full refund straight away. Maybe remove product if can't supply

Scam company you think you are ordering…
Scam company you think you are ordering premium branded products like blue horizon etc and they send out unbranded generic tubs of chemicals - could be anything, hazardous materials poorly packaged. Say it’s in the terms and conditions that they can send anything if what you ordered is not in stock. Do not use! I’ll be having to raise a chargeback to try and get my money back!

Better labelling required.
Delivery was fast, but the item that arrived looked completely different to what was advertised on the website, no invoice in the package to confirm what arrived was the same as what was ordered and no application instructions on the container. Considering this was a hazardous substance I would class this as substandard.
