We were not in town when the product…

We were not in town when the product was delivered. But when we opened it we found a totally different product from what was shown on the website. There was mo way we could fix it in the car. On reporting it to the company and sharing the details, the reaponse we got was that the 10 day return window has closed so they wont take it back! Extremely disappointed withthe unprofessional behaviour. Do not taking it back within 10 days justify them sending us the wrong product?! Wont recommend this to anyone!
