I ordered the sandals online, it took over 2 weeks for delivery. The sandals were not of the right size and the strap was too small.
I requested a refund and i was frustrated with emails to get me to keep the sandals and purchase something else or get 50% refund then 75% refund etc... it was so frustrating. When i threatened to report them. Eventually i was told to send the sandals and refund will only be given once received. how will i know they are not lying still waiting for the return label.

Ordered orthopedic shoes for size 43. Took 3 weeks to arrive without a box and were size 45! Contacted them for return. Said will send replacement and no need to return. The replacement shoes came in 2 weeks and were the same size! 45. Gave up. I will never buy from them again. It's a scam. The same shoes are even available cheaper on amazon. Should not have trusted their customer reviews as they seem to be fake just like images and videos of the shoes.i can't even leave a review on the Ponty website.

Ordered pants, size ;large, on 17th June and when they eventually arrived the were wrong size 2 XL. Eventually they said they would send me size Large but today 20th July size 3 XL arrived. I have asked for full refund. terible customer service. Avoid.

Poor quality sandals(supposedly orthopaedic)Thought uk based company but actually Hong Kong. Poorly packaged, didn’t come in a box just clear plastic wrapping. No paperwork included. Straps all twisted, cheap material. Asked for money back then they offered me 50% credit for another item. I said wanted my money back and after about a dozen emails later they offered me a 75% refund. I said I would settle at 80% only coz I was worried I wasn’t going to get anything, so pleased to get the majority of my money back. Still at a loss tho and any other decent company would have given back a full refund. Definitely won’t be buying from Ponty again, a lesson learnt. :-(

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Waited over 3 weeks to arrive to find a pair of the wrong size shoes in a bag. No receipt, no paperwork of any kind and no box. With no adequate packaging how am i supposed to return item??? I believe this is done on purpose alongside a truely ridiculous return policy, This is done to ensure no-one ever tries to return anything!! On top of that, upon closer research the 50% off there offering is a lie, everyone sells these at the same price. These are basically scam artists!!!!

Orthopaedic Leather Sandals • Ponty Sale price£34.90 website is a Chinese drop shipper. sandals shown in as coming in a box with a trust pilot as I now realise a fictitious score of 4.8 stars . when they arrived they'd been chucked into a bubble bag little to no support resulting in sandals being crushed and twisted out of shape leather deeply creased . only place for them is the bin. My fault should have checked on trustpilot first the score shown on this website is fake. if i could have left no stars it would have been closer- have been in touch with seller and replacements offered but to be honest with the way they were marketed and shipped dont want the hassle of returning and receiving putting this one down to let our guard down . Its a shame because the product is canny just twisted to hell due to carriage and lack of packaging would have ordered a second set they are as described just they're not doing themselves any favours by skimping on the packing no one wants to receive wrecked goods or go through the hassle of replacements right first time ponty take a leaf out of the Japanese method on this one please

This company is terrible, nowhere does it say that your order will take over 3 weeks to arrive, I'm still waiting... the event I wanted the shoes for has passed, no useful help when I email, just told order on way
I expect this will be an expensive mistake.

received a jacket that I order and I have to say that I'm very disappointed as it is totally different to the photo the material is plastic and awful quality.
I feel myself deceived as a client.

My partner ordered a pair of shoes that looked lovely in the photo, when they arrived they didn’t fit and the material was like plastic! I asked for their refund policy and I’m still waiting and that was over two weeks ago! I have emailed daily !!!!!

I got no confirmation at first then delivery company had wrong address you cannot contact any of them by phone
had to wait two weeks then the items came twice
they then emailed me my shoes were on the way but I didn't order shoes

The first back brace to arrive was the wrong size and the straps had been so badly twisted in production it couldn't be used. A second one was sent out, the right size, but the velcro on the main was it belt was off the same material both sides, so couldn't be secured. The whole thing was useless. Ive asked for a full refund as I don't intend to attempt a third issue of poor-quality goods.

I would give no stars if I could, it certainly isn’t an American company for a start.

They are based in Hong Kong and they do not state that anywhere on their website unless you look at the small print.

You think you are buying in the UK & await your order which takes weeks to arrive via EVRI (worlds worst courier)

You then have to ask for permission to return items, then they fob you off for days.

Then they say don’t return items we will refund you 50%, I decline I want to return both items for full refund, then they offered 75% refund, I accept as I don’t have time to email a company every day, then they just stop responding!!

Please please avoid this company, you can buy anything they have on Amazon.

A £70 lesson learnt yet again on Dodgy site pretending to be UK based.

Order never arrived. "Evidence" they provided that it had been delivered and received on a day that I was home was a picture of my front garden wall that was presumably a screen grab from Google street view. No refund has been given. Avoid at all costs

Waste of time. Their products are cheap Chinese rubbish of very poor quality. Their customer service is rubbish. Do not buy anything from them . Do not waste your money they are cowboys

Read the reviews after I purchased and was quite concerned I made the wrong decision. Ordered in the morning and no email confirmation all day which led me to believe I had been scammed. BUT they run the business through ‘shop’ and once i downloaded the app I saw my purchase invoice and shipping information. I will update this post once my delivery arrives!

UPDATE: the boxers are just on the small side so definitely go one size up! But shipping info was good

I purchased an item which turned out yo be too tight around the sensitive skin around my armhole and wanted to return it for a refund. Instead, I was told to not worry about the fuss of returning the item, but to simply choose another item in the catalogue at the same price, which would be shipped to me at no charge!! I could almost not believe such outstandingly good service. I did this, and in a matter of days, I was in receipt of what is now, undoubtedly my most favourite sweater. Thank you sincerely for your supremely wonderful service, Ponty!

Yes you were right ordered xxl and despite using a tape measure it is still inches too small must be different measurements in China.....what a RIPOFF

Back support never arrived, customer service keep saying it has a d to check with neighbours which I have a d keep telling them that, they will not send a replacement or refund or credit despite me asking several times, they just send the same email back

The first delivery sent were the wrong size but resolved at speed and sent correct sizes with no questions
