Ordered a pocket play console but it never arrived. Chased with the company and they responded once with a promise it would arrive and never responded again.

This person used our company photo on…
This person used our company photo on their about page. After we asked them to remove it, we saw it disappear, only to be replaced a few days later by another fake staff photo of people sitting at a picnic table with a bowl of punch in front of them. The address they list in their terms and conditions was also changed to an anon address at a office space company. Original address: 367 Santana Row, San Jose, CA 95128 . New address 3400 cottage way, ste g2 9651, sacramento ca. This person needs to be shut down-- all they sell is pirated games on an overpriced chinese system they cant even keep in stock! Their email address info at pocketplay also has problems receiving. The chat person is very rude and wont give any info about their company. Don't expect to ever get your product or your money back!!! Total SCAM

i have purchased thru thepocketplay.com on 15 Jan 2023 and since the i tried reach customer service in many ways.. twice i received email saying same 10-14 days due to high order etc....but till now 15 feb i have not receive my order, my bank account is deducted and i even didn't receive any order number...i hope the pocket play is not scammer or cheater

The site is a scam, took them over a month to reply to an email when the site says express shipping 5-10 days. Then 11 days after the first email I sent a second one to recieve the same message that was this item will be processed for shipping in 1-2 business days, after asking for a refund I found myself blocked on there social media and ignored.. do not buy beware they are Chinese scammers
