I received a damaged reformer that looked used and was missing parts. They sent replacement parts twice — both were also damaged, broken, and clearly used. The reformer doesn't even slide properly, making it unusable.

The (The Pilates Shop) told me they would replace the reformer, but it would take a month. I waited that month — and still received nothing.

I then asked for a refund. They claimed they were moving warehouses and would process the refund within a few days. Weeks have gone by, and I still haven’t received either the refund or a replacement.

This has been nothing but hassle, delay, and disappointment. Do not buy — it's not worth the stress.
