Shipping was great

My Account issues

I believe that the itch probiotic helps my dog, but she still suffers from seasonal allergies, so she still does a lot of scratching and biting her feet. I also have issues with their website in that I cannot access the My Account to adjust my subscriptions.

Order never arrived

Order never arrived. I placed an order weeks ago for tablets for my dog. The tracking said it should arrive on the 26th of June and hasn’t been updated since. It is now the 10th of July. I am waiting a reply from customer service. I have now noticed the same comments in other reviews.

The orders are timely

The orders are timely. We’ve been using the probiotics for dogs. Our dog doesn’t like them on their own. She’s a very picky eater. But they are easy enough to crumble into her food. She doesn’t always finish but I think she is getting the majority hopefully. She seems slightly better with her belly issues.

A few members of our team have also had success jazzing up the chews with xylitol-free peanut butter, a bit of cheese, or some xylitol-free yogurt. Wrapping them in a favorite meat or adding them to a go-to treat can help, too. Keep an eye out for allergies or sensitivities, and let us know how it goes!

Watch out for the subscription sign up which feels like a scam

My dog didn’t like the horrid taste of the probiotics product . It smells horrible so I had sympathy for her . Even broken into bits it put her off her food . Despite more than two or three requests to unsubscribe they continue tk send you products and try to bill . All thing feels like a con . Best avoided . Please don’t make the same mistake I did . Many other options .
