Had a 5* experience from Pele at the Oxford Westgate store. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and just an all around nice person. He offered extensive product knowledge, thoroughly explained the membership system and ultimately gained two loyal customers from people that had not stepped foot in the store before. Today I visited a perfume shop to buy gifts for my friends, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent — everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was assisted by Ishaq, who provided outstanding service. He is very knowledgeable about different perfumes, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and gave great recommendations. My friends absolutely loved the perfumes he suggested. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience, and I highly recommend this shop.
