I was looking for some gifts the other day and I had no I what I wanted, buying perfume for people is usually very difficult. This was until I wondered into the Northampton store and I met two of the most lovely people, I believe their names were Ash and Adeena.

Not only did they help me to find long lasting designer perfume at a reasonable price, they also took the time to give me advice and teach me new things that changed how i think about gift giving.

On top of this, they wrapped these perfumes for free and gave me free mini samples to go with this. I’ve never had an experience like this in retail so I will definitely be coming back.

I can’t thank them enough!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Perfume Shop in Northampton Town Centre, and I wanted to give a special thank you to Ash and Adina for their exceptional customer service.

When I walked into the store, Ash immediately asked how he could help. I explained that I was looking for two different men’s fragrances, but wanted them to have completely different notes and personalities. Ash was incredibly knowledgeable about perfumes and suggested a fantastic variety for me to try. I was genuinely impressed by how much he knew about the different fragrances, notes and what would suit what I was looking for.

One small detail that really stood out to me was that, every time Ash gave me a sample to test, he wrote the name of the perfume on the back of the paper. I have never had someone do this before, and it was incredibly helpful! I usually end up forgetting which sample is which, so this made the whole experience much easier and showed such great attention to detail.

After Ash helped me choose the two perfumes, his manager, Adina, finished the experience by beautifully wrapping them for me. She was also lovely and professional, and together they made what could have been a simple shopping trip into a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Ash is a true credit to The Perfume Shop. His knowledge, patience, attention to detail and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It is clear that he takes pride in what he does and cares about giving customers a great experience.

Thank you so much, Ash and Adina! I will definitely be returning to this branch and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help choosing a fragrance.

The staff were really friendly however Ruby really stood out as she was very knowledgeable and very patient with me in order to find exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back.

We visited today intending to buy just one perfume, but Adina made the experience exceptional. She was calm, friendly, and incredibly patient, taking the time to help me choose without rushing me at all. Her polite and relaxed approach made the shopping experience so enjoyable that we ended up buying two perfumes instead of one. We will definitely be visiting again—and probably check if Adina is there before we go!

I ve been there today and I ve meet a romanian lady , and she was really nice and treat me well. Not rude as others or in any rush.

Steph in Northampton perfume shop was absolutely brilliant. She made my life so easy as I had limited time and was unsure of the name. She googled the name for me and told me where to get the names perfume. However it was the wrong name an I went back to Steph in the perfume shop and she eventually found what I was looking for. Made my life so easy due to my limited time. She was very jolly, helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend the perfume shop and if you can get Steph to assist you I guarantee a very easy going experience with great knowledge of the products sold there. Thank you Steph. X

I had a great experience shopping at Northampton - the Perfume Shop. I normally have a very senstive nose as strong scent makes me sneez a lot. But the guy who served us( Sabeel his name was ) was very patient and kind. With time and patience my husband helped me find the right scent and i got a beautitifu gift bag with it - i absolutely love the bag .
