Lost all my points& got negative points! How?
Lost all my points twice and even got a very large negative points in my VIP reward club card twice! How can a regular customer(perfume collector) get minus points in their reward card?! Not just loosing the points but also get negative points!?! How???
I've heard if you don't use your points in 12 months you can loose them but it was not 12 months in my case. The customer care also didn't get why I have a large minus point in my card!
Ordered items for home delivery through the app but without asking me they sent the items by post to the nearest shop and I had to go and collect it! It was not a click and collect but home delivery but the app decided to use the nearest shop to deliver and not my address! The local store also didnt get why it was posted to them!
They also claimed delivery in 3 working days but they were posted to the shop after 7 working days!
The local store staffs are lovely people but I've had bad experience with online shopping twice!

No offer to gift wrap perfume
Before Christmas I bought two different perfumes (€225). In our local Perfume Shop. The assistant didn't seem to know much about perfume or selling it. Their was no offer to gift wrap the perfume as these would be presents. When I asked to get them gift wrapped. He looked surprised. They were so badly gift wrapped. I had to redo them myself at home.
