Superb customer experience Donna & Janet
Went in for a bottle and wasnt sure which sent for the wife. Donna & Janet were very understanding and let me smell some samples. After spending some time and them both being very patient i made a choice. They assured me it was popular and i got a great deal. Then i was explaining i had to go to tesco for another gift, Donna and Janet then explained a special offer that they had on with a teddy, gift wrap and a personalised ribbon. Absolutely 10/10 and they are both a credit to the Perfume Shop Cumbernauld 💪💪

I was in the Cumbernauld shop today…
I was in the Cumbernauld shop today looking for Chanel. The sales assistant Jackie explained to me that it wasn’t stocked in that store but she explained the benefits of ordering it and getting it delivered, but as I needed it for tonight Jackie was able to assist me with fantastic alternatives. I was pleasantly surprised at how above and beyond she went to help me find an amazing alternative for my occasion. 10/10 service.
