The lovely Diane put up with me asking her about all the Boss aftershave and introduced me to the newest one that was just out of my price range but got my lovely aftershave with a lovely smile and great knowledge.

Exceptional customer service
Harley went above and beyond to help me with a faulty product when I thought I wouldn’t be able to get any help.
He ensured I got an exchange of the same product with no fuss at all.

Great service
Came in maybe two weeks ago just for a wee browse and was helped by Ella who patiently waited as I went through sample after sample eventually landing on the one I get all the time but she was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face throughout the process.
