Terrible customer relations
Terrible customer relations, website broken functionality. Tried to appeal a parking violation but could not get through before the 24hr timer ran out and doubled the ticket charge. Scummy business practises.

Very poor, broken into in this car park and the team are ignoring me both by email and phone and refusing go acknowledge it all all.
Parked My van for a days works within the Arndale centre at 'The Parking Space' car park, Shaw street, Manchester, just up the road. Read signage inside car park, seems like no issues, paid £6 for 12 hours stay in their ticket machine using the correct number plate, displayed ticket in Van correctly, came back and discovered PCN, apparently vans can only pay via phone and not ticket machine. And yet their ticket machine happily accepted my £6. Two other vans were also done/conned like me during the same period. How many vans per day per week suffer the same fate I wonder? Discovered on leaving there was a small section of their sign above entrance/exit that said vans must pay via phone, but nowhere else. Please note - only one way in and out of car park so concentrating on turning right into park and avoiding any exiting vehicles or pedestrians. Such a small sign suggests a deliberate attempt in deceiving van drivers. If I had parked in a disabled bay or double yellow lines then yes I'm knowingly totally in the wrong. But this is a total con, had any of their signs attached to the internal fences within the car park said vans must pay via phone, then I would of happily done this no problem. I am a professional contractor of over 30 years working across England and Wales and I really don't like to feel I'm being conned. It's time van owners fight back as these companies are finding new ways via van owners to pocket the working man's money, since their illegal clamping days have been stopped by Government.
The car park is access to my Gym. I have to log in at the gym to get free parking. In over thirty visits, following their rules, my registration did not register on ONE solitary occasion. They fined me £100. I appealed, and the "Independent" appeals service ruled against me. No wonder the UK is a rip-off paradise.
I parked in their parking because they share the same square with another company, making it incredibly confusing to know which way is the right parking. Despite apealing due to my disability, they decided to ignore my claim and added £100 to my fine and threatened me to take me to court.
there is no effective daily management of your account. I booked a parking space for a month they tuck my money immediately but then the owner same day of booking said sorry the space is not available I cancel the booking. then I contact the parking space with no answer, the owner said I canceled.
There is no communication even if there is no chat with the agent and you cannot call the parking space
ITS a nightmare, they take the money without exchange os the service that you buy like parking your car!
Horrendous company, paid ticket and still received a parking notice.
If I could give No stars I would. I paid £10 for a 12 hours day stay in Manchester ancoats area however came back to a ticket within 6 hours stay . Apparently I drive a van which is really a people carrier and I should of paid £15 for a 24 hour stay . Cowboys robbing rotten company.
This company plays all the tricks in the book. 24 hour window in which to qualify for the reduced amount of £35, account with PayByPhone which doesn’t allow payment via the app, they then respond to your email appeal via non tracked standard post after 14 days with a historical date so they are able to charge you try and charge you the full £100.
