We received the sofa on time as planned by the company.
It was well packaged, however difficult and tedious to build with the Allen Key.
I was pleased once it was all up and it does look great now it’s finally up!

We had a couple of little issues but nothing was too much trouble and Lloyd was really helpful and resolved them quickly.
I would certainly recommend this company and the sofa itself!

I would definitely recommend buying from this company. From first enquiring about the garden sofas to ordering the customer contact is excellent. I was even contacted by phone about a new style coming into stock. There was a little problem with my order but I was reassured it would be dealt with immediately. I ordered the Oseasons Malta 9/seat sofa set and the quality is excellent compared to another I previously bought. It is very easy to put together despite the instructions not that good.

Sofa set looks fantastic. Such good quality for the price. Customer service was great too. Kept up to date with delivery!

For the price I’m happy with the furniture, the instructions were naff but it wasn’t hard or complicated to assemble.

Just need the sun to come back out so I can get out and enjoy the furniture.

Excellent customer service and efficient. I ordered a 9 seater L shape Rattan dining set last Friday. It was dispatched that afternoon and I received the goods the following Tuesday to Northern Ireland from mainland UK. I’ll be back for more. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, really competitive prices. Literally the cheapest I could find anywhere on the Internet for the beautiful wooden Coca-Cola crates/display boxes. I also ordered some very intricate and beautiful candles. A great company I will be only too happy to order from again in future.

We ordered our rattan sofa from this company after searching online from many others, only to find their delivery slots were months away but the packtaggroup reassured us they would have the item in stock within the next few days and delivery would follow a few days after that, this is exactly what happened with constant communication from Lloyd about the arrival to their premises onto the company that would be delivering it to my address. It arrived well protected and secure on a pallet and looks lovely on our new patio ready for summer, would highly recommend using the packtaggroup to anyone
