Swift and Attentive Service

When one of my packages got delivered to an address over 30 km away, they were incredibly quick to put an inquiry with the Australian Post to make sure they fixed their mistake. They also offered me a refund or a reshipment so I didn't have to wait till Aus Post went through their process. I felt listened to and understood during the whole process and they were very kind!

Love these

This is my 3rd order. My husband and I love the nightshirts I’ve got two. One for winter the other is cooler. I also have a oddie. I love it. I wouldn’t go to the shops in it but if I didn’t need to leave the house I would wear it all day. Of I night I take my oddie off and make a bed with it for my cat to sleep in

I've bought 3 oodies for myself and…

I've bought 3 oodies for myself and family members and each time they've been great! They're so soft and comfy it's like wrapping yourself in your favorite blanket. Canada Post is kind of iffy on time and updating the status of the shipment but that's the only issue I've had. Quick and helpful responses from customer service as well.

Pokemon Original The Oodie for the win 😊💜

I was lucky to win a Pokemon Oodie and I chose the original pokamon Oodie.
It feels so soft and cuddly.
I have a wanted Oodie for ages and they are so worth it.

Also it came super quick and such great customer service as well.

sure as always it’s a great high quality product but wouldn’t know as they sent it with couriers please so it’s still in a depot 2 weeks after the expected delivery date. In summary Oodie - great, couriers please - the absolute worst

I love this company

I love this company! Have for years, still have an oodie going strong since 2021 with no damage no nothing, I had a little issue with my onesie, which with my crafting knowledge can be a simple thing that can happen so easily. I contacted, sent through my photos and an hour and a half later it was all sorted with a new product on the way, and I am allowed to keep my broken one, which never have I had this option before, I was prepared to send it back for my exchange. Amazing service, incredibly fast and helpful, thank you again team 🥹

Item too small

Item too small. Has taken 3 e mails so far as the returns part of the portal did not work.
To say they were unhelpful would be correct.

Exceeded my Expectations

When my Oodie arrived, I was so excited and it exceeded my expectations. It was very heavy, thick and cozy. It is guaranteed to keep you warm and they come in so many amazing designs and colours.

I bought a nightgown and slippers as…

I bought a nightgown and slippers as I’m going in hospital soon and thought that the last purchase was good quality. This time I ordered the site was offering a free gift if you spend over £50. The free gift was added but for some reason the order was not processed correctly. The following day I did it again but this time it would not allow me to add the free gift. Customer service was appalling and did not even bother to help. So I did not end up receiving my free gift. The attitude is so wrong especially after you’ve made a purchase. I have deleted this company and will not be making another purchase.

I returned an Oodie the day I received it

I returned an Oodie the day I received it. It was clearly in a used condition:
-bobbling on sleeve (indication of used)
-fleeced layer signs of washing and looked old and smelt used
- the neck tag was worn out
-detached sales tag, twisted ribbon and poor packaging

I returned this with a note asking for delivery costs refunded as well. I am frustrated that an item like this can pass quality control. Now I have not been refunded my postage and Oodie policy of not refunded postage is overridden by the consumer act. As a consumer I am entitled to a full refund, including postage for faulty items.

I am just shocked how this could have been put back into stock for resale.

The remaining portion of your refund - specifically the shipping charges - was processed on Friday. Depending on your bank, it may take a short time to appear on your statement, but it has been completed on our end. We’re also addressing how this item made it past our quality control checks so this doesn’t happen again. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us improve.

Worth the wait!

Waited a few weeks for the bigger size of my chosen oodie to be back in stock.

Arrived with no issues less than a week after I'd placed the order.

It's absolutely beautiful, a very generous fit and cozy too!
Will definitely re order when I want to treat myself again

We love OODIE

We love OODIE. I wear my sweater everyday to walk my dog and get many compliments. We have all had an OODIE sweater for 4 years and they wash up and still look new. Just purchased the sleep shirt for my daughter for her birthday. I know she will love them. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this company for their quality, customer service and fast shipping. Plus it’s a Canadian company!

A fantastic service from start to…

A fantastic service from start to finish.
I love these coats, its my second one, I would highly recommend for comfort.
I love the slippers too, fantastic fit, after years of trying other brands, which are too big ir uncomfortable. I would highly recommend the slippers.

Poor quality second time around

Bought one Oodie, which was such great quality I bought another. Quality not as good on this one. Saw a post on Facebook and responded that I too thought the quality of some items left a lot to be desired. I received a response to that message from someone purporting to represent Oodie asking me to contact Oodie, which I did and I’ve still NOT received a response to that message. I wouldn’t buy another if this is how they treat customers, as these items are not “cheap”!

***** UPDATE *****
The Oodie have responded to this post that they’ve sent me two emails: one of which “bounced back”; and the other which was successfully delivered. Well, I’ve no idea to whom this message has been sent as I’ve checked spam, bin and anywhere else and I can confirm I’ve NOT received any message from The Oodie! In my opinion they’re trying to make me look bad for their failures.
