I emailed oodie on a chance that maybe they would fix my jacket that for some reason the zipper melted in my dryer. They did even better they replaced it! Very easy to work with! Great company!

The best thing since waterproof, warm coats were invented
I've always loved my Oodie at home and wished there was a way to get the same warmth out in public without looking like I've just rolled out of bed. Then along comes Oodies' new range of puffer jackets. It's everything you could want - toasty warm with that gorgeous fluffy Oodie material inside, waterproof outside. And it's got a hood, thumb holes, good pockets (exterior only). Heaven has arrived in the form of an Oodie puffer jacket and I'm one warm, happy customer! 💙

Amazing customer service
Products are amazing so cosy! I ordered 2 oodies one for me and one for the dog but I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Their team was so amazing and helpful with getting me a return and sending the right size out, id never done a return before and they went above and beyond to help it was so easy! Amazing customer service and wonderful people to speak to!!

Excellent customer service! After an initial blunder, the Oodie team were highly responsive and the issue was quickly resolved. Oodie's Domestic Violence donation program
(*follow up, the only thing more insulting than how much they didn't care privately when I gave a detailed explanation of the delicate situation, is how much they'd prefer the appearance of care after publicity. No Steph, reactive SEO crisis defusing language does not pacify me, your company screwed up, then dismissed it. )
I respectfully asked for a solution when my goods were sent to a wrong address, worse, a DV shelter home. Without providing proof or Any conciliatory platitudes, I was emailed back that I supplied the wrong address, Tuff! So I'm going to count my order as my ($120!) donation to a someone who may not have otherwise received winter gear, but I will not replace it with a company that was So dismissive! Poor form, poor form indeed!

I am a bit sad that the designs have changed a lot with so many branded patterns instead of the cute animal designs which seem to have gone out of favour. The Oodie based in Canada has many more animal designs than the Australian website - and even an Aussie favourites which isn't available in Australia. Love the product though
