Comfy tees but quality is lacking

Really love our sleep tees, they're nice and big and super soft...but, after 2 washes (one prior to being worn as directed) one has faded a lot.
Cool wash, in a laundry bag so there's no rubbing against other clothes and then dried on an airer indoors so it's not like it's had sun on it. They're not cheap so I expected better quality.

This is the best thing I bought in a while

This is the best thing I bought in a while. It’s so toasty and warm I don’t need any extra layers… it’s like wearing a water proof oodie 🙂 the only thing that annoys me is collar as it always stays up. Apart from that the rest is the jacket is just amazing especially the thumb holes 😄

Great customer service support.

I really appreciate the support I received after an item in my order was out of stock. Aria was genuinely kind, quick to respond, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Even though there was a hiccup, it was handled really smoothly and I’m very happy with the outcome. The sleep tees are super comfortable and exactly what I was looking for.

Bought a long and short puffer jacket

Bought a long and short puffer jacket. I find the long one very heavy and bulky. Didn’t help that they were discounted more as soon as I got mine. On the plus side I had to return it for a different size and the service was great

Don’t believe the instagram ad!

I ordered a very cute night tee (among other items) from this company for my sister back in December for a birthday in January . Now you can imagine there hasn’t been much opportunity in the UK to wear a night tee so my sister four wears in has sent me picture of a faded and bobbly item. Innocently I emailed them hoping that they would respond “this isn’t right!”
But instead I got a reply to say and I quote “this falls out of warranty guidelines”.

To anyone wishing to get any kind of longevity from very expensive items I would say - go to primark. And for anyone looking to receive any level of customer service - look anywhere but here.

They have failed to hit the mark and even when I requested to be removed from their mailing list I received “ We do have an option at the bottom of this email to click unsubscribe, to remove you from our mailing list. However, to save you the trouble, I have done this for you from our end.”. So vile. Just remove me babes - no need for the pass agg.

Long story short - Avoid like the plague if you want any value for money or support beyond purchase.

Changed their materials to junk

Changed their materials to all polyester. Now it’s just a hot sweaty cheap mess for the same price.
So sad… my old dress gown was the best. The new one is just swelteringly hot.
And the dog PJs are the same crappy materials

Great product

Great product. I got the sherpa dressing gown and i am a standard womens size 10 so i got a s/m and it fits perfect BUT if you want it more like a blanket GO LARGER. I wish i did.
Oh well have to buy another one lol

While they are nice & warm it would be much better if you has 2XL & 3XL as separate sizing not bunching into one. Unfortunately i have to send my purchases back as they are too narrow in the hips

Great quality and quick delivery!

Ordered a dressing gown for myself and a Miffy sleep tee as a gift and they arrived SO quickly!! The quality is amazing and well worth the price. My friend loves the Miffy sleep tee because she gets super warm during the night and she now wants more.

Lounge wear is the best

I honestly don’t know how I survived winter before discovering the Lounge Pants. They are SO warm, ridiculously soft and genuinely the comfiest thing I own. Perfect for cold mornings, daycare runs, lounging around the house or working from home when you don’t want to leave the blanket life behind 😂

My puffer jacket has lived up to all my oodie expectations. My first outing was wet cold and raining, my jacket repelled the rain and kept me toasty warm in 12degrees weather. Love it

I love my oodie products

I love my oodie products, I've ordered several for myself and friends and family in the past as well.
I ordered a puffer jacket for my mum for mother's Day and it was unfortunately either lost or stolen, I received a refund promptly and ended up ordering one for myself in hopes it wouldn't have the same date, I received my order promptly and I can say I love it. It's warm, water proof and comfortable. The only thing I would say is the sizing needs to be adjusted maybe, I love the products that come in the OOD sizes as they're large and baggy and well fitting for plus size people like myself.
I will be using my puffer jacket all winter long.

Customer service is disgusting! Nice but not willing to help you in the slightest! Money hungry company!

Also Sherpa products harden very quickly and becomes unwearable!!!!

They take forever to deliver and send…

They take forever to deliver and send you tracking which doesn’t even work!! They don’t deliver on time and also charge for a quicker delivery which doesn’t happen. Still waiting for goods from order a week ago and paid for 3 day delivery. Would not recommend. Customer service also just say wait!!!

I purchased two items from The Oodie a Luxe dressing gown and matching Luxe blanket. Both delivered promptly. The dressing gown had three dirty brown marks on the hoody, it was an easy and prompt exchange for a replacement one. The blanket had a hole on the seam where it hasn't been stitched properly, not something you expect from the luxury range! Whilst the items are nice I would say they were not the luxury quality that they were sold as, especially at the such a high price each. I have purchased many, many Oodies over the years and I do feel that the quality has sadly declined.

Cooling blanket

I brought the cooling blanket in hope it would help as I am having difficulty regulating my body heat since a kidney transplant 2 years ago.
It unfortunately didn't help at all
I woke up one day after sleeping under it absolutely freezing.
It felt like I had a swimming costume on.
Loved the vibrant colours
Your actual oodies tho make a great little gift. I get them on sale as I find the price to be a bit much

Terrible customer service

Order some Oodie dressing gowns for Mothers Day with plenty of time for them to be posted for Mother’s Day and they never showed up. Oodie agreed to pay return shipping costs and refund however after I returned them, they then went back on their word and said they wouldn’t pay postage. And before they come back and say I didn’t return it properly, they did not specify in their email how I had to return it, they just said return it! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not bother with this company - go to Myer and buy something nice on sale in there instead
