While fading can sometimes occur over time depending on factors like detergent type or water conditions, it certainly shouldn’t be happening this quickly. We do want to clarify that we’ve always been transparent about the materials used across our ranges, with fabric composition details listed on each product page so customers can make an informed choice before purchasing. Many of our products, including our Oodie™ Originals, use polyester-based fabrics as this helps achieve the soft and cosy feel they’re designed for. We completely understand though that fabric feel and warmth preferences can vary from person to person, especially when comparing newer products to older favourites you may have owned for years. We really appreciate you taking the time to share the feedback around the Dressing Gown and dog PJs, and we’ll ensure it’s passed through to our product team.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration - especially after paying for express delivery and not seeing any tracking updates. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. We can confirm your original order was fulfilled on May 12th, however it appears the parcel hasn’t progressed beyond “label created,” which is not expected. While we’re still awaiting confirmation from the courier on what has occurred, we didn’t want to delay things any further for you. A replacement order has now been sent out to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. We’ve also refunded your $9.99 express shipping fee, as previously mentioned, as we completely agree that the service did not meet expectations. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and the delay in resolving this - this is not the experience we want for our customers.
