The “rollover” for the welcome bonus free chip is not accurate. Supposed to be a 1x amount - I probably wagered five times that amount, kept having to reach out to support to see the progress because they don’t have a tab set up for a non code claimed bonus - so I had to keep backing out and reaching out to support (keeping the support chat open because there’s no way to minimize it or you get disconnected)and then ended up losing it cause that’s how odds work
