I was introduced to Marshall of The One Solution through a network group he's a member of and I ordered a new iPhone 17 from him and the service i received was exemplary. I'd actually ordered one direct with Apple which Marshall said if that comes first then it's not a problem but he actually managed to get his hands on one faster than Apple could. We have been using the One Solution for 15 years would and highly recommend Marshall and his team. The renewal process is very easy and they will suggest the best option for our needs at that time. However the biggest benefit is when we have an issue or problem with our account, we don't have to ring an O2 call centre, they just sort the issue out for us with minimal fuss.
