Brilliant customer service. My emails were attended to promptly.
Really pleased with my glasses. Had prescription glasses tinted to make sunglasses. They look great. Service was fast too, they were back to me within a few days.

I was unhppy with the frame color and received a very quick refund. I will be buying my next glasses thru them with complete honesty and confidence.

good mix of glasses but they don't make it easy or even clear how to delete personal data. there has been a data breach on their website ( informed by apple ) yet I can't delete my data to make it safe for me, this is bad. Their response has given me every faith and trust in them and will continue to explore their website, thanks !

The website is intuitive and easy to use and their range of glasses is extraordinary. With a fast response and free postage they are a company that I will always come back to.

Bought an Anglo-American frame, with prescription lenses. Everything turned up amazing, really high quality, very pleased with it all. It arrived a day late, but the communication was really good.

Following a recommendation from a friend I've purchased a couple of pairs of specs with vari lenses and bespoke clip on shades.

👓 Nothing was too much trouble, including guidance over my optical requirements and providing a hassel free replacement for an item damaged in delivery.
I know this all might sound a bit OTT but as a business owner, management consultant (boring 🤣) and trainer I know world class customer service when I get it !

Once again brilliant service, I have purchased the same frames in different colours over the past 4/5 years, service has always been excellent, just received my third pair ordered on the 5 January received today the 7January, they have some fabulous frames which you do not see in the shops, I would definitely recommend The Old Glasses Shop if your looking for something a little bit different from the norm!!

This was the first time I have bought my glasses online and was a bit weary. I need not have worried. They are truly the best pair of specs I have ever had. Bought a pair of Anglo American 406 frames with matching sun clip. The frames are high quality and a perfect fit.
Living in Belgium, I had to pay the local VAT which was swiftly refunded by Thje Old Glasses Shop.

Appalling service and a really rude owner in Mr Graham Green. I waited 6 weeks already for the glasses I ordered, only to be told today that they wouldn’t be available. Then to top it all I get a rude phone call from the owner, who decides to put the phone down on me.

Unbelievable and shocking.

Graham was exemplary throughout. Excellent communication, speedy professional service and ultimately a fantastic product.
