Don’t waste your money!!!
So disappointed in this bag. Took 6 weeks to receive it AFTER receiving an email that it had been shipped and would arrive in 5-7 days. It feels and looks nothing like ‘premium leather’ and the ‘stitching’ in the image is just a print! Also the packaging is terrible!! Came in a bag, not a box, therefore it is completely bent out of shape! If I could add pictures on here I would. And to top it off it’s dirty and smudged in multiple spots!!! Not even close to worth what I paid, do yourself a favor and spend YOUR money elsewhere!

I positively adore my Note Bag!!! It came earlier this week and I have been obsessed with it ever since! The size is perfect - it holds everything from my previous bag and then some. There's enough room for my kindle, a regular size book, and my 31 wallet with space leftover! And the design?!?!?! Swoon!!!!! My only regret is not getting the matching wallet.

I would say that notebag is ok
I would say that notebag is ok. I won’t be going and encouraging friends to buy them in droves and the only reason I’ll probably buy anything else if the gift card that came with purchase.
Shipping: a bit of a nightmare. I didn’t realize these were shipping directly from China. It takes a bit. I ordered a bag and matching wallet, they were shipped separately and showed up almost a week apart. My SO ordered minutes after me, his wallet came in about a week before my bag, his bag hasn’t shown up yet. So if you’re doing this as gift give yourself a good month leeway.
The bag itself: it feels sturdy and as a type of briefcase bag it’d probably be fine. I paid for the strap, so I can cross use it as a purse and I’m not sure it was worth it. The strap is thin and feels frail. It’s too small to be comfortable and bites into my skin painfully.
The pockets are smaller than I realized. The lack of useable organization space is frustration as use of a purse. I have bags from Box Lunch of similar quality and cost that have better storage options.
The image is more blurred than in the pictures. I’m sure this is part of the printing process but it just doesn’t look as nice as online. Also, all the thread looking bits on the pictures are printed on. Cost wise this makes sense but I thought at least the tag would be sewn on.
The wallet: it just came and I haven’t had time to use. It’s wider than I expected and I’ll be limited in what bags I can use it with. I did a matching wallet (it’s an option when checking out). I paid the extra for personalization on my bag and assumed that would reflect to the wallet. It did not. It has a blank printed ‘tag’ in the wallet that is clearly missing a detail. If people choose not to personalize then the tag shouldn’t be present. I did a personalization on the bag because I was worried that would be the case. Super disappointed in the wallet.
Overall, not what I expected. Not the best. Not the worst. I’m a bit disappointed.

Handbag took a long time to get here. They are well made and very pretty. There's a nice clasp to keep the bags closed. I do wish you could remove one set of straps. It would be nice if they were optional.

I ordered my bag and wallet in mid April and didn’t receive it until May 28th, despite multiple emails saying it would be delivered in 5-7 days once completed. Here's a dose of reality
It's been 35 days, and the item has still not arrived. Why? These bags are made in China. There's nothing wrong with that, but NoteBags isn't going to tell you so. And please stop it with the unending psychobabble about "skilled artisans," like we're in the guilds of the Renaissance Era. It's a production plant in China. Had I known these facts prior to ordering, I would not have done so. I'd prefer a refund at this point, but I doubt the company will honor that request.

The dimensions on the website for the totes is entirely misleading. When my bag arrived I thought it had been a mistake. The bag measured what I had thought were the dimensions for the purse. After trying to work with customer service for a few days, there has been no true resolution.
Beware if you order the medium sized tote bag. What you get is the same size as that listed for the medium size handbag.
