When I contacted them with a question prior to ordering I received a prompt reply. After ordering I was kept up to date with progress and then received an email on the day it was delivered to check that I had received my purchase. All in all good customer service.

Disappointed in the bag, but great customer service
I also ordered a Notebag and it was shipped in a plastic bag with no padding. Of course, the shipper doesn't care it's a purse, so it arrived with a large crease across on side of the purse. I also noted that the "vintage printing" as they describe it, that is part of the color of the beige bags is such that it appears that the bag is dirty. So unless you want your OCD to be in overdrive, order any color but beige.
Also, there are two different levels of Notebags the premium faux leather and the top grain leather. I ordered the faux leather which will hold up I'm sure as I'm not rough my purses. I just wonder if they ship the top grain leather in a box?
I did reach out to the support staff and through several emails, they did decide to send me another bag of my choice. Of course I ordered a darker colored bag, but unfortunately, it also had a large crease in the material upon arrival. I had suggested to them to ship the bags in boxes or with sturdy filler to prevent the creases, but yet again, it was sent in a plastic bag.
Personally, the customer service is great, but there is an innate disappointment when an item does not arrive as described and depicted in their advertising. Lesson learned.

Oh My Gosh!! I wasn't prepared, this bag is beyond my expectations. The leather, the details of the artwork, the inside fabric, the durable straps, I could literally go on and on. "I Don't Just Read Books, I Write Them" is the perfect wording for me. I just released my second book, so I bought this bag for myself. The first day I took it out, endless compliments, and low key book promotion for me. I love, love, Love this bag. My new favorite.

The product is beautiful but the delivery service was horrible. I had the product shipped to my office building to prevent porch pirates from stealing it while I was at work. Delivery was made after business hours and they just threw the package on the ground outside in the rain. I KNOW it was thrown because the plastic outer packaging was torn from the impact on the ground.

Handbag well worth the money!
I saw the handbags on Facebook and thought they were cute. However, I wasn't sure that I wanted to purchase something off the internet because you never know if it's a scam or if you are really going to get what you purchased or what.
I kept seeing this handbag that just fit me perfectly and so. I gave in a crossed my fingers that I wasn't going to lose my money in a scam sales pitch.
I was so wrong! Not only did Elaine, the owner of the company, help me find out where my handbag was at, she gave me $20 to put toward another purchase!! She followed my transaction from beginning to end and made sure that I liked my purchase. Even now she will contact me just to find out how well the handbag is working for me or if there is anything else that TheNoteBags can do for me!
I have already decided to purchase another handbag from them and who knows? Maybe someone else in the family will get a wallet!!

I received an apology and that they would send a replacement. They sent a replacement for the wrong bag. Now they’re offering a $40 gift certificate for me to pay to get a replacement for the bag they failed to send the right bag for.

Great Wallet shipping time not the best
Love the wallet, want to keep it forever!The ordering process and website is great. Prices for custom items is good. Shipping took two weeks. Package went from Illinois to NY and then sat there for two days before PA where I live. Product is wonderful! Got the wallet, inside is well made and card slots are generous. Money and zip coin holder is also great size. Wristlet is cheap, should be made of better quality leather to match but it is synthetic. I would still purchase but only if I do not want to get it quickly.
