Great product and service. I made a error on my order - notified Night Sky team and had response within 24 hour's with my error corrected. My print's arrived and were perfect, these are Xmas present for my 4 grandchildren & are something that I am sure they will treasure for the rest of their lives (well I hope they will 😃)
I ordered a print of our wedding day... the wife, a retired science teacher and planetarium director, loved it. I framed it, and it replaced another memory of our wedding.
A lovely, unique piece of art. (The “Planets in Motion”. 12x12 on dark blue background) Purchased to celebrate my son’s 40th birthday. Carefully wrapped in a sturdy cylinder: no creases or any damage. I’m thrilled with it. I hope he will be.
The product was delivered exactly as I expected. It was delivered in a timely manner and with extreme care. My grandson is going to love this birthday gift. I have gotten burned a couple of times ordering off of Facebook, not this time. It’s perfect!
This was a gift to my husband for our anniversary, to go with the star map. He absolutely loves it! Very well done framing. Picture is crisp and clear. Shipped and arrived quickly.

The ink felt grainy and left a dark smudge on my fingers when I took it out of the mailing tube. There were 3 different scuff marks on the print when it arrived.

Requested/paid to have the canvas wrapped/framed and it came rolled in a tube. Too expensive for a picture just printed - I feel I could have just chosen a pic off the internet and printed. All the same options & pic doesn’t change based on the star alignment

You ordered and paid for a print only. You didn't opt for or pay for a canvas or the professional framing service.
The cost reflects the quaity of your customised planets aligned map.
The quality of the print was our highest priority. We wanted to create something that would last for years to come and hang proudly on the walls of customers without any fading. We spent a lot of time testing different paper and inks to create the quality that we now deliver.

We can assure you that each planets aligned map is specific for the date you enter when creating your design. If you go to the crate page and change the date you will see the planet positions change each time you change the date.
If you prefer to return the order for a refund within 30 days of receiving it, please email help@thenightsky.com for the return address for your country.

Beautifully made framed print, which arrived very quickly and well packed. Bought as a keepsake for my Grandsons 21st Birthday. He loves it, as do I! Would certainly buy again, and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!
The poster arrived in perfect condition, we’ll before Christmas. Delighted with the end product and will most likely buy another at some point.

Overpriced for what you get. Could have gone to a professional printing shop for a quarter the price. Add in I ordered rush for December 22 and only got it in January, complete rip off!

After you contacted Customer service on Dec 29th they explained the delay was due to bad weather conditions in Canada and peak volumes due to the holidays and they refunded you the shipping cost.
You can return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, and customer service has emailed you with the return address.
