The New York Luxe! I bought a men's XL North Face puffer coat. When it arrived, it was very small and the zipper is the wrong side, indicating that it was a woman's coat. It came from China and looks to be counterfeit. I have gone round and round with them to get a partial refund. Of the money I paid them they are only refunding about $18, but it has been like pulling teeth to get this amount back. Every time I reach them they say it will happen in 5-10 business days, a window that has long passed. They did give me the offer of a full refund if I mail it back to China, which we both knew would be more expensive than the cost of the coat. Don't buy from them!

Completely fraudulent company. Was sent an inferior, cheaply made knock-off mailed directly from China. No response from merchant. Credit Card dispute file. STAY AWAY!
