Returned two shirts, but didn't get a refund. The return process is based on chaos, it takes days to receive an answer by the service department. The quality of the shirts is fine except of the shrinking, but the organisation behind isn't. Spent 80€ on shirts which I returned. Scam. Won‘t order again.

I purchased burberry goddess 100ml from my origines costing me £87.96 £7 was included for fast post. After receiving this item first of all package was damaged no samples as stated. But then the worst thing after scanning bar code it took me to ebay then with further investigations the weight was different ie my origines was 412 and the original one which I had to purchase from my local boots weighed 426 after bringing this to their attention they offered me a replacement or voucher as I have lost money and confidence in this company and would not deal with them or recommend them linda

Got a gift card for this store and bought an (expensive) knitted T-shirt. After one day of wearing it started to fall apart already. Contacted their customer support and got a 10% discount voucher instead of properly dealing with it. Will not ever buy anything here again, don't recommend anyone else to do so either.

I returned my sweater in May but have not received any money yet. All my emails were ignored. I went to the store and they said they would call me, but this didn't happen either.

The 1 star reviews about the quality are real!

From month 1, I started seeing the filling popping out, the jacket survived one winter and the inner seems are completely ripped apart. I've used for basic city use and I'm really disappointed in the quality of the jacket despite paying such a high price for it (€280).

The customer service just called it “usual wear and tear” and aren’t responding anymore…They are just branding themselves like a cool high street wear boutique store and charging a premium for horrible quality…Avoid like the plague and don’t make the mistake i did.

I received a faulty item and the customer service team were not that interested in helping me. I never got my money back. Never buying from them again.

First of all the website is wonderful. Really creative and fun to browse trough the assortment.

Hoodie's are amazing. The quality is really good an the fact that the stitching lines are different than normal hoodies make this really comfortable to wear.

Shipping is quick.

Keep it up! I'll definitely buy some more hoodies over here.
