We offer necklaces, rings and earrings in 925 Sterling Silver & 18k plated gold. Our stunning collection of real natural crystals and organic pearls are all sourced and produced using our own silversmiths in Bali. We also have another premium jewellery factory in Shenzhen, China.

Sent an item for return, never heard back

Absolutely terrible quality and customer service. I bought some earrings last year which arrived with a damaged clasp. I sent the earrings back (to China) at my expense, and was promised an exchange or refund. Now I haven’t received a response from them since October last year, even after countless emails. This has been such a frustrating experience. I hardly ever leave reviews like this, but after being ignored for months and out over $100 I’m pretty upset with this experience. DO NOT BUY FROM MULAT!
