Pro and fast

Took around 10 days after order for it to arrive. When I emailed asking for tracking the reply was quick. Order as expected.

They did a great job at answering all of my questions about shipping quickly. Impressed with the service!

Great communication, I had several questions in regards to shipping and product details. This company had timely responses and gave me thorough answers. Will definitely shop with them again.

I ordered a pair of Muay Thai shorts from the TheMuayThaiSupply Company (TMTSC). The original short size shown as available were actually sold out. TMTSC quickly reached out to inform me and sent me pics of available alternatives or a refund. I selected a different pair in my size and they also threw in some hand wraps for the inconvenience. I only placed a small order as this was my first time with TMTSC. This was about a month ago, and I'm still waiting on my order. However, the several times I've reached back to TMTSC they've been very quick to reply back and check on the status. The shorts are coming from Thailand, so some delays are expected, particularly on a smaller order like mine. I have received other Muay Thai gear in the past from companies in Thailand which have arrived sooner. Having said that, it's not all on TMTSC as some of the final shipping and delivery are out of their hands. Each time I have reached out to them, they have always been very responsive and willing to refund me. Based on their responsiveness, I'm certain I'll receive my order. Their quick responses and willingness to refund me has been very reassuring. I would recommend buying from TMTSC, they have a good selection of products and great customer service, just know shipping may be longer than expected at times.

Completely ignoring the numerous emails I've sent regarding there being an error in the shipping address making it deliver over 60+ miles from where I am.

I have emailed multiple times with the right shipping address and yet there's been no change and no response.

I recently bought some kick pads from themuaythaisupply. Unfortunately I got sent the wrong size pair just before Christmas. This is where the company really shined for me. As within half hour (probably more like 10 minutes) after contacting the page about the wrong delivery, I had already received a reply from Niayl who was great and resolved the issue immediately within only 2 emails back and forth (first initial contact and one to reply). Who apologised about the wrong set being sent out and even sent me the correct pair straight away the next day. Inwhich I received these only a couple of days after Christmas which I think is amazing for this time of year. I completely understand accidents happen and because of the way that Niayl responded and resolved this issue so quickly, I would personally recommend themuaythaisupply to my friends or just anyone that is wanting some good quality fight gear and from a company that looks like they actually care about the customer. They seem to be priced quite competitively compared to other martial arts gear stores, exactly why I chose to give this company a try. Will be using themuaythaisupply for future purchases. 5 star worthy this place

Quick delivery and great product

the prices are very good and the variety of things to chose from is good. i ordered fairtex gloves and shorts for 130€ which is great price. the shipping took way longer than it should have so i emailed to see why and they replied fast and gave me the reason. be careful when ordering into the eu though because i had to pay 80€ custom charge into ireland.

I’ve been using my 10oz infight style gloves for a little over a month now and man is the quality good on these . I bought from the U.S so I know the shipping would be a bit longer but it was very much worth the wait !
Customer support was quick to answer questions I had regarding my order .Both gloves were in perfect condition and appeared just as listed . Overall great product , will definitely buy from this supplier again.

Great gear, well packed & looking new

My delivery took a lot longer than was estimated when I purchased it. When I emailed about its whereabouts I had prompt, polite replies explaining it was delayed because of the high volume of Christmas purchases, which reassured me.
