I was on vacation in Gran Canaria and while looking for a good restaurant I stumbled across this store. I saw through the windows that they had the shoes I wanted for Christmas so a few days later I went to the shop and bought the shoes, they are the real brand and I hid them for cheaper than the original price in other stores.

Customer Service, Gran Canaria, Espana for the outstanding service provided when dealing with an item I had to return in the post from the UK.

Product was awful, shoes so poorly constructed that you cannot even try them on. Immediately requested to return these but company will not provide return information despite frequent requests. They do not adhere to their own refund policy. Shocking company.

Poor delivery time, said 7 days now it is going on months received one item poor quality and can’t return because past 30 days and I am still waiting for the rest of the pieces that go with it. I would not recommend buying anything from here.

What a joke! Ordered beginning of March 2025. Today is June1st. Still waiting on items. Customer service responds with "sorry items are popular right now, please exchange for something else in our shop". I have repeately asked for a refund, over $300 spent, they finally refunded 1 shirt less than a week ago. The photos are cute but the actual product is missing sized, raw edge hems, no tags, low end sewing quality and ships from China (ordered way before the tariffs). There is NO phone number to contact anyone. Only an email which responds 2-3 days later with choppy English. Misleading and inaccurate descriptions of clothes.

Awful quality. Colour on shirt and trousers (of a matching two piece set) is a completely different yellow. Better quality from Shein!! Now trying to send back and get a refund - which is proving very difficult. Will never use this company again

The clothing I purchased was Temu or SHEIN quality but higher priced. Delivery was 3-4 weeks. After weighing out the quality, price and delivery time, I won’t order from The Mint again.

Poor quality goods and false advertising. Worst customer service.
Don't buy anything from them!

Buyer Beware!! Bought nearly $500 and it was all cheap junk. The hems were just raw cut edges of fabric, cheap plastic applique. Just Junk!! Trying to get a refund but cost $100 to send back. Now they won't pick up from customs. I'm out of my money. Do not shop here!

I ordered 2 shirts, I received one, terrible quality. The second never received and trying to tell me they shipped it when I ordered I different times but think I am stupid enough to not realize they are using the same tracking number for pkg!!!! They are fraud and a Chinese company! Stay away you will be sorry! They won’t respond to emails I have sent. Out of money they stole from me!!

Mint Anfi Del Mar, each year I buy the winter clothing at Mint. Super clothing, brands and with help of Alberto Estupin. He is a real value to this store. Thanks

I made a purchase in July.. still waiting on my shirts and it’s September. I asked for a refund but they conveniently said the items were ready to be shipped. Never will purchase from them again.

These frauds hacked my UPS account and charged a shipping bill to it. I have never heard of these jokers, and never did any business with them. Turned over to UPS fraud department.

Scandalous company! Would give them 0 out of 5 stars if possible. I ordered a pair of Ponyhair Rick Owens Birkenstocks & they sent me base-model standard leather ones instead. When I contacted them they didn't offer to help me at all. I would stay far away from this garbage company with absolutely no idea what customer service is.

No, I am not mistaken on what I ordered. I have the confirmation, the ad shows the composition materials as calf hair, & The Mint Company is listed as the store these would be coming from. I did not receive what I paid for & this pos company tried to pass off basic models to me. They are worlds in price apart if I try to buy a pair from a reseller. Completely unacceptable business practice.

Also I should note that not only did they send me the completely wrong item, but they sent me a previous return or floor model that had MULTIPLE flaws and signs of previous use. Creases from use, material missing on strap, scuffs, & scratches all visible as plain as day. I paid for a new pair, not a used pair with flaws.

A big F U to this company & the people at their customer service. I will be leaving this review on EVERY single place I find your company listed online so people see how your operate. Shame on you!!! I hope my review deters future & current customers from shopping at your piece of sh!t company.

Let’s be real, some of the crazy brands would never accept beeing located in a cheap shop like this. And also, this Indian people buy like 10% original and the rest is fake, so no custom or police will ever find out cause they hide the fake together with original.
But on the other hand, don’t expect ANYTHING to be real on the Canarias. All parfume shops and so on, is fake stuff.
Only place here with original is
El Corte Inglés.

We where at this shop several times during our holiday - we where well taken care of and even though we had three kids with us, my husband and I got a very professional service. The girl Esperanza was patiently listening and helping us getting shoes and clothes. Every time with a big smile and professional service. She Ordered other sizes and gave us and honest opinion - and when we got home the rest of our shopping goods arrived at our home address. Fantastic experience and 5 stars for Esperanza and the other staff.
