Helpful Symptom Examples and Explanations
I really liked the explanation and examples for each symptom, I often thought I didn't have a symptom until I opened those links to explanations and examples and realised I did have the symptom. Also, when I was writing out my own symptoms for evidence during my professional testing, this book helped to trigger memories of my own experiences. It can be really hard when you've lived with something forever to be able to tell the difference between what's "normal" and what isn't, the explanations and examples in this book really helped to break down the questions and realise what they're actually asking about. If you're thinking of getting tested but aren't sure whether you really have ADHD, highly recommend using this book as a preliminary test to determine whether you should proceed with expensive professional testing!

I am very pleased with how organized and easy to use it was! I don't have adhd so that was a bummer to find out but at least I had some form of final answer other than that very long very mixed up official one

Very useful, highly recommend
Really straightforward purchase. The workbook and extras are so helpful, and full of loads of useful information. Had an issue in downloading one of the documents so sent Alice an email. Got a quick response and issue was resolved immediately. Very happy and now very hopeful this is the first step to understanding myself better.
Really helpful !

I actually think I wasted my money.
I actually think I wasted my money.. they were all just the same questions you can get on any ADHD test, I couldn't answer the questions on my phone by typing them in, I had to get a pen and paper and write the answers

Excellent resource for your upcoming assessment
This guide was so helpful for me. I have an upcoming assessment and couldn't even begin to figure out how I would go about it. I saw the Mini ADHD coach's posts show up on Instagram for me and found out that they had some resources to purchase so I thought I'd try the workbook. It's a very helpful reminder of a lot of the key behaviors and symptoms, and walks you through the process as you can write notes and recall memories/others experiences of this symptom/behaviour you have. I feel very prepared for my upcoming session where I can bring my workbook to follow along.
In a true ADHD manner, I also only filled it in the weekend before my appointment - oops! But it's created very well to make it a much less daunting process than you might think. An afternoon with this workbook is plenty, and you can add more notes as you go.
Highly recommend using the QR codes, they explain a lot.
This work book cleared up my worry about a ADHD diagnosis. I wont be wasting my doctors time (or my money) as it is obvious now that I do infact have ADHD.
The work book helped me remember times I had forgotten or found difficult to recall when questioned by my doctors.
Now I am armed with the data necessary to make sure I get a clear diagnosis and not be shrugged off by the NHS.
Thank you to the Author, You have helped me in the journey to understand myself and help my partner understand me deeper.
Incredible
This book helped me navigate what was happening in my brain so well, made me feel so heard & seen and just really helped put things into a perspective that made sense

I appreciate the great description and guidance on ADHD in the mini ADHD Coach book
Very helpful! :)
The examples were very specific and far less vague than other ADHD self assessment tools - this helped me to visualise what symptoms might look like for me.
Fantastic tool
Fantastic tool which helped me get my thoughts all in one place before seeing a psychiatrist for my official ADHD diagnosis.
I was able to use all the information I had filled in the book to write a summary to send to the psychiatrist before the appointment because I know that when appointments come around I forget everything I want to say.
The scan codes in the book were awesome too and explaining what certain things were and the examples jogged my memory of different situations way back in the school days or more current behaviours.
