I had been asked to deliver a eulogy at the memorial service for a dear friend from our service as Air Force officers. My family had decided to buy the flag case for his family. We ordered a beautiful case online from The Military Gift Store. As the day approached, the flag had not shipped. I contacted the head of the company, David Elgavisch, and he said he would look into it. I emphasized as the eulogist providing the flag case, it would be sad indeed if I didn’t have the case. True to his word, David took personal control of the situation. Found a misconnect with UPS and sent a replacement the next day from his inventory. Maybe it’s a throwback to my days as an Air Force officer, but the true test of an ally occurs in a crisis. With this level of attention to service, I’d highly recommend The Military Gift Store.

It was so easy to order. The shipping was prompt and the items where of the highest quality. I was incredibly impressed.

I placed my order for a Shadow box in September 2025 for a retirement on January 30th 2025. We received the name plate, and nothing else. We paid over $400 for the shadow box and have reached out to them multiple times with zero response. What makes this even worse is that a Government Charge Card was used so we can't even verify the purchase because we haven't received it. I would love to cancel my order and be done with them, but that would mean they actually responded to ANY of the emails that have been sent or messages left by telephon. I will never order from them again, nor will I allow anyone else in my building to order from them again. I can't believe how unprofessional this company is. I feel like I have been scammed.

I ordered a prefolded flag, flag case, engraved plaque, and a US Navy Medallion for my father's funeral service. My credit card was charged immediately. I called right away to request that they change the order to a smaller size and to adjust my credit card accordingly (not done). I received the flag, plaque, and the flag case (which are of high quality) but not the medallion. The flag was not exchanged prior to shipping as requested. I still have not received the medallion. Tracking shows that it has not been delivered. I've been trying to reach someone via phone and email for over two weeks now with no luck. I left a detailed message with an answering service and asked to be contacted as my father's service was approaching and I need to get this resolved. I received an email response stating that they show that the items were delivered. I once again, explained to them that yes, although the three items were delivered, the flag needed to be returned and that I still haven't received the medallion. I've gotten NO response or instructions on how to return the flag. Their website links do not work and there is nowhere on their site to tell you how to return something. I paid over $400 for this order. I sent another email and left another detailed message with the answering service expressing my disappointment not to mention the stress that they have added to my ability to get the things I need to honor my father at his service. I plan on contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge as they have left me no alternative. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would rate zero if I could. Order a shadowbox received a totally different box than what I had ordered $300 worth of 💩. Also the medallions are not coins. That’s why they call them medallions but the pictures pass them off as coins I would not purchase from this company find another one. This is Temu quality. I asked for an address to return an item never received it. I expect more from an American company.

I purchased a case for a flag that I had received in memory of my father from my Congressman. The nameplate arrived quickly, but the case was delayed. After a month, I called and we learned that the label had been printed but the shipper had left the case on a loading dock and a replacement was promptly shipped. I appreciate their service and attention to detail.

DO NOT use this website! It is a scam. I ordered an item on 6/2/24. On 6/3/24, I received an email stating that my order was on the way & UPS tracking info. As of today, 7/2/24, this is the message from UPS: UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package. I have tried multiple days to contact this company. I have left a voice mail message, replied to our order confirmation as well as sending a message thru the website...with absolutely no response. So if you "purchase" anything with this company, they will charge your credit card and not send the merchandise. DO NOT USE!! I was sent, as a gift, a folded American Flag that had been flown over the U.S.S. Arizona on December 7, 2022. I wanted an attractive display case for the flag and a vertical certificate. When it arrived, it had been very well packaged for safety. I was especially impressed with the high quality of workmanship of the case itself. Such high quality is the only way to display such an honored gift.

I originally posted a negative review about this business. After I actually got to speak with them about the order filling problem we experienced they have gone above and beyond to get our order squared away. They have shipped the correct flag display and a return shipping label for the original. If you have a problem with anything they send you, just let them know and they will make it right for you. Good people who care about doing things right.

Quality manufacture as well as being an elegant, solid wood display case, for a 5 ft x 9.5 ft flag. Inside walls of the case have a felt lining.
The case I received was very well package in an over-sized box with foam blocks to protect the corners. The finish is very nice looking.

The backing hardware is a series of metal swivel tabs that fit into a groove on the back of the case - and it is very nice and strong + Easy to open

the Flag case is very easy to open and close securely.
