Instead of properly embedding their themes into the wordpress structure, they made their bespoke theme manager that doesnt work and poorly documented. Please avoid.

I had a very poor experience using the Jacqueline WordPress theme. As a beginner, I found the theme extremely difficult to understand and use. It is not user-friendly, and editing or updating content is unnecessarily complicated.

I contacted customer support several times for help, but unfortunately, they did not explain things clearly, and my issues were not properly resolved. This made the whole process even more frustrating.

Overall, this theme is not suitable for beginners, and I regret purchasing it.

support is not very good: you first get badly written and useless responses form an AI bot. You can then select to forward your issue to a real person. The resonse then took another 3 days. The template I purchased I could not work with. Too cumbersome to work with and it would be far too complicated to edit anything for my client. No refund was given to me!

Even though our initial support period had ended, the ThemeREX team kindly agreed to assist. Although it took some time to find the best solution, their support was consistently professional and ultimately effective.

Support is fast and efficient. They have a fast AI bot, and if you like, you can switch to human help.

If I could give ThemeRex 0 stars then I would. The documentation provided regarding activating their Wordpress themes acquired through Envato Elements is incomplete or incorrect, and when trying to log a ticket to get assistance, it tells me that the (perfectly valid) purchase code is invalid. This is the second time I have had issues with using ThemeRex themes. Never again.

Their support was fantastic. I was running into niche issues and they were responsive within 24 hours to my messages. I trust them to have direct access and that's what fixed my issue.

Great design and functionality! Customer support is top-notch also. Sophie Benett, in particular, was very responsive and helped me get unstuck several times when customizing this theme.
