Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. Awful outfit, typical shopify scammers marking up products over which they have no control or interest. Never, ever send these people any money. If you are in the UK you won't get your money back.
Size was wrong, material was the cheapest i've ever seen, it came creased and crumpled up in a plastic bag, and it doesn't remotely resemble the photo on the website. Avoid at all costs. Go to a trustworthy brand instead.

Unbelievable experience. I ordered a large gilet for my husband. It took 16 days to arrive, as it was FLOWN from goodness knows where, as part of the delivery. It would probably fit a child, but certainly not an adult man. My husband is not a large man either. So, NOT fit for purpose and NOT worth the £39.95 I paid for it.
NEVER EVER buy from this outfit!!

I am very much disappointed with this seller. Item not as described, had ordered shoes and paid £60 but the size is not what I requested. I am surprised how boldly they waist people time and money and there is no action.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The only reason it has one star is there isn’t an option for zero! My wife bought me an XL coat for Christmas. When received size stated in the coat was XXL. The actual size was more like a Medium. They then refused to accept a return and have only offered a 30% refund and we have to keep a coat that doesn’t fit!!!

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ordered 2 shirts for £34.99 each and they were nothing like what they advertised. Totally poor quality, colour, fabric, stitching. Took over 3 weeks to arrive, and when you contact them to ask for a refund you get no response. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them!!

Absolute dog s**t!! The coat I had delivered was not the one I ordered(does not resemble the picture on the website at all).
It is a size too small and had no labels on it. The website poses as its in the UK but your delivery comes from China. Have tried to get a refund but nothing, I have to send it back to China amd I MIGHT get 20% back fu**ing joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered an item, it arrived and was too large. As advised on website "easy" returns, not the case at all! They kept emailing with discount amounts for me to keep the item I had no use for, so I could "reduce the impact on the environment" It has taken several emails back and forth, and 18 days to actually get the return/refund procedure! this is now going to cost me £10! I do not recommend!

They are a scam. Terrible quality and took forever to arrive, and now they are trying to trick me out of a return and refund. They make you email to ask for return instructions but then don’t give you any proper response. I’m now convinced they are scam.

Item took forever to arrive, item not as described very thin. Have tried to return item and when they finally answered was informed that I would have to cover the return cost, item returned to me 5 weeks after I sent it back as apparently the address given to me does not appear to exist. Have emailed constantly but still awaiting response. Not sure if I will ever get my money back, not holding my breath. Would advise anyone potentially thinking of buying from this company avoid it like the plague

Diabolical service. They struggld to deliver so item was 2 weeks late. When it arrived it was 6 sizes smaller than that ordered. They would not accept a return but offered me a 20% discount. When I refused this they have ignored my communications. They do not do Paypal, now I know why.

The trousers were not the same as the style adverstised - no integral belt and oddly no rear pockets!? The pocket material also seems a bit flimsy, so time will tell if they last. However, fit was actually really good. Delivery was around 15 days. Fake Trustpilot reviews posted on the site!

Under no circumstances touch this company with a barge pole. I made the mistake of ordering two shirts from them which never arrived. Their appointed courier, Evri (who they appointed, not me) accepted in writing that the goods had not been received, however The Mens Room UK advised me that I needed to secure a refund from Evri and not them. This not only represents quite appalling customer service but is legally in contravention of the Consumer Credit Act 2015

As many reviews, I wish I had checked before making a purchase. What was advertised in the pictures and purchased was not the same as delivered. I ordered a medium and was sent a large! Tags cut out the clothing. Material is awful. Yes, everything appears cheap and they get you with the discount which seems good at the time, but is a waste of money. By reading reviews, it appears it is not even worth attempting a refund or return. Delivery takes too long as items are sent from China. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Brought an item which cost me £40, took 3 weeks to arrive when it said it would come within 5-7 business days. Item arrived and was not even the same thing I ordered, had a hole in, was the wrong size and the label cut out. Company are refusing to give me a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I just received 2 mens jumpers Large size.
1st they are not Cashmere and second they are not Large. They are not answering any questions. And they advertise as British when the company its based in China. Has anyone tried to get a refund through their credit card?.

This is advertised as a British company but it is not, it’s Chinese and what you see on the models on the website is not what you get if you purchase something, I bought two waistcoats and the quality is terrible and if you try to return the items they put as much obstacles in the way that I have resigned myself to the fact I have been stung, do not buy from this site it is a scam
