Great place very discreet and professional I visited the Manchester clinic yesterday already seeing results today.

I’m writing this review specifically about a treatment recommendation I accepted based on the clinic’s expertise. While the overall experience and staff were truly exceptional—warm, professional, and welcoming—I left feeling disappointed with the outcome of the treatment itself.

I visited Medispa with concerns focused on my neck and eye area. These were my primary issues, and during the consultation (which was lovely), I was advised to undergo Sofwave—a high-end treatment. Trusting their expertise, I agreed to have my entire face treated, even though my concerns were more targeted. I did ask, “What if there’s no visible change?” and was reassured that a second round would be offered free of charge if needed. That assurance gave me the confidence to proceed.

The first treatment was somewhat painful, but the therapist was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. Twelve weeks later (or possibly eight—I’m not entirely sure), I returned for a review. Again, the service was impeccable, but the before-and-after photos showed almost no visible improvement. True to their word, they offered a second treatment at no cost, which I appreciated.

The second round was even better—virtually painless thanks to a technique the therapist had discovered. However, after another 12 weeks, the results were still underwhelming. There was a slight improvement overall, but the two areas I originally came in for—my neck and eyes—showed the least change.

So while my face looks marginally better, my core concerns remain. It feels like I was sold a luxury yacht when all I really needed was a reliable car. Beautiful, yes—but not what I came for. That’s why I’ve rated the experience three stars: five stars for the team and service, but a bittersweet outcome in terms of results.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments!! Miss amber is the most lovely, attentive and professional therapist/person. Her knowledge and care put me at ease straight away. After a number of consultations with other clinics I was given mixed advice which left me even more confused I then had a consultation with Miss Amber at her Deansgate clinic and I was blown away by her knowledge and her honesty she explained in detail what she recommended and how it would benefit me she has a beautiful aura about her I felt at ease and comfortable she really understood me and made me feel great she encouraged me to go home and think about what advise she gave and even encouraged me to see other Drs for a second opinion I think she was confident that no one could match her she was very polished and looks great which gave me even more confidence in her I didn’t hesitate to book in for my treatment Hannah made the whole process very easy and it was reassuring that it’s easy to communicate with the clinic and ask questions. Miss Amber has given me more then what I was expecting she really went over and beyond to give me my confidence back she has made me look 10 years younger and I still look natural I was so emotional after my treatment because I was not expecting to look so good she has the most gentle hands and is very caring she explained everything and showed me which products she was using and why it was a wonderful experience. The after care is very reliable the staff are like robots very polite and you can see they all have been trained to a high standard I felt like I was at Harrods it’s a vip service initially I was worried about the cost because compared to others Miss Amber is very expensive but she is worth it my face looks better then how I looked 10 years younger and I definitely will be maintaining this and keeping up with her advice and after care. Only issue I did have was there was a long wait for my appointment I had to wait 11 weeks to be seen by Miss Amber her waiting list is very long

I am blown away by the amazing results I was worried about having dermal fillers but I was reassured it will look natural and it does the results are amazing I am so happy it’s been 4 weeks and I feel like I’m looking better every day. One of the best experience from start to finish I booked in for a consultation to see Miss Amber it was such a pleasure meeting her she is very attentive and transparent she actually listened to my concerns and advised me with the utmost respect she was very honest I decided to go ahead and have the treatment she recommended I was blown away how gentle she is and what a perfectionist she really delivered the results without giving me high expectations I am really pleased she genuinely has made me look 10 years younger and it’s great how others are recognising how good I look. I also want to thank the staff especially Hannah who’s aftercare is by far the best in the industry great team and beautiful clinic

I love how transparent Miss Amber was her honesty is applaudable and there was no pressure me having any treatment it was actually the opposite I decided to have what was recommended and I am truly blown away my face looks great and Natural she really knows how to work on a middle Eastern face the clinic is beautiful it’s like a 5 star hotel I felt so calm and relaxed miss amber has the most soothing voice she’s so elegant I felt at ease even though I am scared of needles it was painless she was so gentle the after care team are really on it which was great.

I have been to other clinics before but never had the same experience or results what I experiment here meeting Miss Amber was a huge deal for me I heard so much about her from colleagues who visited her and they all boasted and a group has formed at work who’s had what everyone looks great I went to see Miss Amber my first impression how beautiful the clinic is i haven’t seen anything like it before the staff very attentive shame I was only offered water no big deal then I see this tall beautiful Arabian looking women with the most amazing skin I knew I was in the right place instantly I felt like I knew this women the way she greeted me with a beautiful warm smile she sat and we chatted I could see she was scanning my face in a subtle way not making it obvious but I wanted her to keep looking that’s what I was there for to hear her opinion and get the help I need as I pointed out my flaws she reassured me and gave a deep explanation as to what is happening with my skin answering all my concerns without me having to utter a word it was a consultation with a friend who had my best interest she is very honest and talked me out of treatments I was expecting to have and made me a treatment plan to give me the results I want! The truth is I was pleased with this because she’s not cheap so I was worried about the cost even though it was going on the credit card. She said she would take back 10 years and this women did exactly that the confidence she’s given me I like looking at myself in the mirror again she’s gorgeous and I am very grateful to her and now I know why she’s the most talked about at work. After care with Hannah was a bonus quick response and accurate in the advice it was money well spent! I really wanted to leave a review because i have never experienced anything like this I would give more then 5 star if I could! Ally

As someone who's been having lip fillers for the past 10 years (7 treatments all together) going to Miss Amber was the best service I've had so far.. I've had this treatment done in 3 countries and would recommend Miss Amber to anyone looking for a really professional experience with minimal risk. I recently went back to the practice to get my tear trough filler done and as before the experience was so comfortable. I felt really safe due to the information Miss Amber gave me and although I didn't understand everything scientifically it was really reassuring to hear how much knowledge she has as a Doctor! Very pleased with the results worth the wait.

I was treated by Miss Amber really pleased with the outcome she really went over and beyond to make sure I was happy and I am so pleased. The clinic is beautiful a bit difficult to find maybe put some directions but once your inside it’s breathtaking I chatted with the receptionist who made me feel even more welcome while waiting for Miss amber to see me didn’t feel rushed and after care was very good professional and clean really like how the aftercare staff are quick at responding after paying a lot of money I really feel I got my moneys worth see you again soon

Went today. Had anxiety which was erased in five minutes of entering the building. Miss Amber is amazing. Thorough consultation. So much information that I was sure I was in the right place. 5 stars somehow doesn’t feel enough. Miss Amber is an exceptional woman, her professionalism and knowledge is second to none. She is the most welcoming this isn’t just a treatment it feels like a whole experience. My skin has never looked so good and I can honestly say it’s been life changing. The place itself is gorgeous, clean and feels very luxurious but it’s miss Amber and team who really make it special. The advice is spot on there’s no ‘sales’ talk and Miss Amber is the most competent and caring person. I genuinely feel Ive found the best aesthetic practice in the world! Couldn't praise her high enough.
