This is my 3rd time staying in Maximillian and Im glad to say that I will keep coming back here on my holiday from London.
Among all the hotels in Cauayan, they are the most amazing, starting from the reception (Kim-you're a star, I knew her from my 1st and 2nd stay here and she is absolutely fantastic, also Nica) guards, housekeeping, resto staffs, and drivers! They all do a wonderful job.
I highly recommend Maximillian Hotel for anyone who wants to visit Cauayan City for its accessible location.
I just have had a few bits to mention which I reckon needs immediate action. Photos attached.
~ Bathroom shower must kept clean at all times. It has lots of water stains and needs further scrubbing.
~Wear and tear on some parts of the room and needs repainting.
~Safe box on Room 205 with tape
~I requested for an Iron board and the housekeeping staff gave a very used board and suddenly collapsed while doing ironing and almost hit my feet which can cause further injuries to the customers which can have serious liabilities on the management. Reported to the reception, apologies had made and issued another iron board.
Otherwise, Maximillian is incomparable and definitely going back here!
