Good website to browse through. Clear information. Only thing I would suggest is that you you take off payment accepted with Amex when you don't accept Amex. That was disappointing. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. Have looked at website. It was my mistake it doesn't say that you take Amex it is only when you get on to payment it pops up andsays not accepted. I have been looking for a quality mattress topper for awhile now. This seemed to be the best option for me because I have osteoporosis and breaks in my back. This mattress topper has been voted the best for back pain and your can change it to a firmer side or the softer side. I am finally hoping that I will be able to get a good night's sleep and get some relief. Can't wait till I get my purchase.

Sadly I can't reccomend the Adormo…
Sadly I can't reccomend the Adormo loves to be cool Mat . Its a piece of polyester material that does not feel cool to the touch - there is no cooling gel in it like other pads I've used.
Please check the refund policy carefully if the bag has been opened they won't issue you a refund . I had only opened the bag to put my hand in to feel the material all labels and packaging were still intact and I had not used it -but no refund issued . Please dont waste your money like I did .

We’re also sorry our returns policy didn’t meet your expectations – we do try to be as clear as possible about hygiene regulations on opened bedding items, but we understand your frustration.
