Gentilissimi

Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la consegna del mio ordine perché inizialmente non era stato spedito. Dopo qualche tempo però sono stata contattata direttamente dal servizio clienti: il ragazzo è stato molto gentile e mi ha spiegato che l’ordine purtroppo era sfuggito e quindi non era ancora partito.
Per scusarsi del ritardo hanno deciso di inviarmi anche un matcha più pregiato da 10 grammi in omaggio. Ho apprezzato davvero molto la loro disponibilità e la serietà con cui hanno gestito la situazione.
Gli imprevisti possono capitare, ma quello che fa la differenza è come vengono risolti, e in questo caso sono stati davvero professionali e molto gentili. Servizio clienti ottimo!♥️
