I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience ordering from The Marathon Clothing.
I placed my order on April 10th and over a month later I’m still being given vague “your order is processing” responses with no firm dispatch date — despite paying for express delivery.
What makes this worse is the lack of transparency. Every reply feels generic and avoids actually explaining what’s going on. After looking on Trustpilot, I’ve seen many other customers describing the exact same issue.
The frustrating part is that I’m actually a big fan of Nipsey Hussle and what he stood for. That’s the reason I wanted to support the brand in the first place. But the customer service and fulfillment experience is seriously hurting the reputation of a brand that means a lot to people.
Customers can accept delays if companies communicate honestly. What’s difficult to accept is being left in the dark for weeks with no real answers.
I really hope they improve their operations and communication because the brand deserves better than this.
