Great product, great fit

Great service, fast delivery and completely satisfied.

Fit is great! The only brand I’ve tried that doesn’t leak water, as I have a small face, with my eyes closer together than most people.

My only recommendation for improvement, is that it comes with instructions on how to remove and add in the adjustable nose pieces. I almost broke one of the nose pieces when trying to pull it out. Other than that I am very happy with them. So much so that I ordered a spare pair.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with THEMAGIC5.

The goggles I received were faulty and leaking, making them completely unusable for swimming. I contacted the company to resolve the issue and was initially told by their advisor, Carter, that there was no need to return the goggles and that a refund would be processed.

However, after I opened a PayPal case (because my emails were not being answered), the situation suddenly changed. I am now being told that the goggles must be returned in order to receive the refund, despite previously being told the exact opposite.

This issue has been ongoing since early February, and we are now in March, with the case still unresolved. Communication has been extremely slow and inconsistent.

What makes this even more frustrating is that these goggles are custom-made based on a face scan and were clearly defective (they leak). Yet I am now expected to pay to ship faulty products internationally in order to receive a refund.

For a company that advertises a “fit guarantee” and customer protection, this experience has been the complete opposite.

This situation could have been resolved quickly with clear communication, but instead it has turned into a long and frustrating process.

Unfortunately, after this experience I would strongly recommend that customers – especially in the UK – think carefully before ordering, as returns may involve international shipping and a very complicated process if something goes wrong.

My first pair leaked a little and were slightly uncomfortable. I contacted Magic 5 who asked for a few photos, made some changes and sent replacement, I fitted with smaller nose bridge and now… they are amazing, comfortable no leaks, perfect! Will buy again, review video soon YouTube Cora and the Explorer

This is my third order from Magic5 and I love the new vector technology, the fit is perfect.

Perfect fit without having to over tighten. Game changing.

Some changes were made with this order. It took some experimenting to get the correct nose piece which changed from previous goggles. These new goggles are so light and fit so snuggly, swimmers will not even know they are wearing goggles!

7 months on and I still don't have the full set of correctly fitting goggles. The first pair caused agony wearing. Eventually after many emails, they responded agreeing to remake them. After a prolonged delay, one pair arrived (package of two pairs originally order in August 2025). These goggles fitted and I confirmed back to the company asking for the second pair to be sent. Still not received 7 months on. Customer service is utterly non-existant with the Magic 5.

Very poor post-sale support. Customer service promised to hold the shipment and then simply backed out.
A company that doesn’t honor what it promises cannot be trusted.

I got pink- white googles.
It looks quite nice, but it is not enough to be good. It leaks and the rubber is not smooth.
The quality is not at the level advertised. I am disappointed, as is my friend who also ordered.

The return procedure is complicated and I would need to pay to send it back, which is generally not acceptable. I do not have time to deal with all of this.

The company needs to work on the technology. It could be a good idea, and I believe it can be done well, but this company is not there yet.
