Es tut uns leid, dass Sie es nicht geschafft haben. Seien Sie versichert, dass wir dieses Produkt seit über 10 Jahren anbieten :)
Wir laden Sie ein, es noch einmal zu versuchen, indem Sie die Dekoration ohne Verpackung für ein paar Minuten in den Gefrierschrank legen.
Sobald die Dekoration dann im Gefrierschrank ausgehärtet ist, bewegen Sie sie sofort auf der Kante einer Arbeitsfläche hin und her, bevor die Dekoration weich wird und daher zerbröselt und reißt, wenn Sie Ihre Finger benutzen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie diese Dekoration auf keinen Fall mit den Fingern oder einem Messer entfernen sollten und dass Sie bei der Hitze darauf bestehen müssen, dass Sie sich hin und her bewegen und dabei gut andrücken, und zwar sehr schnell, wenn es aus dem Gefrierschrank kommt.

Impossible de décoller la photo du…
Impossible de décoller la photo du support pour coller sur le gâteau. J'en ai acheté 2 et c'était pareil pour les 2, même après avoir visionner le tuto sur Youtube.

Veuillez noter qu'il ne faut vraiment pas utiliser vos doigts ou un couteau pour décoller ce décor, et qu'il faut parfois un peu plus insister sur le va et vient en appuyant bien, surtout par forte chaleur, les décors se décolle tout seul l'hiver, mais l'été il faut un peu plus insister,

Never again!!!
Never again. I received a damaged cake dummy. After reaching out to customer service I was told it is still usable and I are not willing to send a refund for a damaged dummy. The other option would have been to return it at my own costs although I was not responsible for the damage. Very disappointed how I was treated and that customer service expected me to use a damaged product and pay the full price for it.
