Ordered months ago. Haven’t received my order and all emails ignored. Robbery!

Con merchants. AVOID!!!!

They have 100 of our candles and not delivered. They have no contact number and do not respond to emails.

Simon and Clair are not to be trusted or used . We are lodging complaints with Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. You have been warned STAY AWAY

Do not purchase from this company! I ordered some candles on 7th December as a Christmas present. I received no candles and no communication from the company.
On Christmas Day I sent an email requesting an update. I eventually got my money back on 5th January.
This is no way to treat customers. Please expect to be let down and disappointed!

Ordered a candle and some kind of metal lid, totalling over 50£ on the 30th November. Having sent messages I got a reply saying order was with pouring. Heard nothing else, they don't reply to emails, in effect they are thieves nothing more. Wish I had seen the reviews first. This is a scam website that just looks very good. Do not buy anything from this site

Who is this Simon & Clair, I would love to have a conversation with them! Still waiting for a Christmas present to arrive, not answering my emails and have basically stolen my money! I have now requested a full refund…..however I am wondering if they are even looking at emails! If I could give no stars I would! Fake Companies like this should not be allowed and taken to task when found out!

Ordered over a week ago and paid for 48 hr delivery. No dispatch notification and no response to emails, Instagram DMs or Facebook DMs. No contact phone number. Terrible service. No hope of candle before Christmas

Avoid this company. Take your money, don’t deliver your goods and don’t respond to emails. Scammers!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! If I could give this company no stars I would!! I had the same frustrating experience as others on here and wish I had seen these reviews earlier.
There are so many other companies out there to choose from, that offer a more professional service and much better quality products. Please, please, please don't waste your time and money on this company.

Very bad service, they responds to querys about ordering pretty quick and as soon as you place and order they don't even get back to you, this is technically scamming, my order has been in the process of packing for more than 5 days, contacted them but no response, they not even registered which makes it even strange,

Poor communication - Simon doesn’t answer phone calls or reply to emails and after 9weeks has failed to deliver my wholesale order. Avoid! Have started money back claim through bank.

Be careful, I'm not sure they even exist. Bought a product, had no communication, it never arrived, but thankfully Paypal investigated and refunded me in full.

The Luxe Candle Co. (UK) scam their customers!
I made a huge wholesale order that arrived almost a month late. Simon Alker's responses were almost immediate leading up to payment and since the day I processed the payment everything fell apart. Once the order did arrive, it had been packed so poorly that half of the candles were damaged and unusable. I have sent Simon Alker and Clair Fletcher (the founders) multiple emails since this incident and they have not replied to a single one. They've completely vanished, leaving me with no compensation or replacements. I am still in the process of taking legal action.
Stay away from this company!

Sham of a company.
Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery and still waiting 4 weeks later for the goods.
Emailed multiple times but they have never responded, tried Instagram message no response either.
Will now get the money back through my bank.
Avoid!!
