I never received my product this is a scammer don’t buy absolutely

Discovered the LTL shop online a few years ago after a negative experience with buying Moroccan oil on a very high profile retailer site. I was nervous as I did not often buy online at that time. I received my order promptly. It was well packaged. I signed up to the offers by email. The prices were very competitive and there were some great deals sent by email. It showcases really great hair brands and the deals allowed me to try the products without breaking the bank. It’s my one stop shop for hair products now. Always had a positive experience and customer care has been efficient and friendly.

Great delivery product absolutely fabulous

I’ve ordered from the LTL shop various times,with no issues on any of my orders.
I was looking for shampoo and conditioner to help with my hair problems. The products were many. Accompanied with product reviews. I settle on Redken Extreme shampoo & conditioner. I really liked the products until I was given Olaplex no4 & no5. These are amazing and helped rectify my issues. I’ve since order these from the LTL shop as their discounts make the cost more digestible!
I’m not the greatest with websites,but found theirs easy to manoeuvre.
Would highly recommend,and have to my friends. Happy from start to finish.

I have bought a few items from this site, especially when they have great savings on my favourite color wow products. The choices are quite vast on this site and it gives you a better understanding on various products e.g what it does, how to use, and how big a product size...

I always buy from the LTL shop, I have always found them to be delivered quite quickly.
I have brought from them about 5 times now and always get discounts or 10% off the prices.
I have brought their All rounder shampoo and conditioner and charcoal hair mask and scalp treatment and a scalp massager.
All brilliant products.
Their salon Live True in Soho is great and I have been there about 5 times now.
Victoria is a great stylist, she always cuts my hair very professionally and blow drys it expertly, she is very experienced hairdresser.
I always get the Black Friday deals as you can get a cut and blow dry and a treatment for about £62, which is really good value for money, for a top salon in London, they are valid for 6 months so you can take your time using them.
I would recommend buying from LTL shop to anyone and I would always buy from them. As their products are amazing.

Fab products and selection at brilliant prices

I’ve ordered from LTL Shop twice. My first order took a while to arrive which worried me, I sent a message enquiring about the delay and was told extra checks are being done. My order was shortly dispatched after that and received my order without any issues. My second order arrived really quickly without no issues what so ever. So it may just take time for first orders only. Products were all genuine, new and unopened.

I love my shampoo and conditioner duo for my thin hair and it’s always reduced to a good price. The only negative I have is how long it takes to be dispatched, it’s 2-3 weeks after ordering that it gets dispatched.

Ordered several items at a very good price, also used a voucher which made my order a lot cheaper than other places. Very pleased turned up few days later. Had great communication with them about ordered. Overall very pleased and would order again.

Have ordered Redken All Soft products multiple times and they've always been delivered promptly. Never had any doubts about the quality of the products supplied.
Wish LTL stocked a wider range than they do so could buy more from them.
